> 3 dayWe have used these machines for many years. When our old one died, we bought this one as a replacement. The Wi-Fi/App Feature is great and easy to setup, and the machine is quiet and cooks perfectly every time. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayCooking some of the best steaks ever with this thing. I just season the steak, throw it in a ziplock bag and forget about it for a hour or two. When I come back, I throw a sear on the steak with a cast iron pan, and boom. Perfect medium-rare steak from edge to edge. I also used it to perfectly cook a prime rib roast and it made the whole process very easy. Left the roast alone for 6 hours, seared it at the end, and the whole family loved it. This thing is easy to use with the app, and the wi-fi feature is pretty cool because I can throw food in ice water if Im going to be gone and start it remotely a couple hours before I head home. Sous Vide is quickly becoming my favorite way to cook, and this machine works well. Ive tried old Anova machines in the past, and been pretty unsatisfied with how long it takes to heat the water, but this one is much faster. Good deal for the price.

Greater than one weekWow what have I been missing , my own insecurity of using this wonderful machine has kept me from buying one for years. Well not any longer I finally faced my fear and picked this up along with a food sealer Why was i afraid of a little old Sou vide process. Needless to say I am all in now. So easy to use and food comes out perfect cook if you just follow the instruction. I have already done Pork chops , Steaks and ready to attempt fish. Heck grab one you will be happy with your decision. Just wish I had sooner.

> 3 dayI cooked a 3 1/2 pound pork loin at 140° for 3 hours. It turned out delicious. The meat was pink on the inside tender and juicy. The app works great and easy to keep on eye on it. Definitely happy to have this in my kitchen!

> 3 dayI really like it, great way to make a large meal without the worries of overcooking, or burning a meal. All age user friendly. It also connects to your phone so it allows you to work around the house while the food is cooking, easy way of tracking. Basically

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to sous vide steak and have it sitting at the ready, at the right temperature, where all I had to do was sear the steaks and they were done. I vacuum sealed the steaks with some butter and some rosemary and thyme, set it for 130 degrees F (I like my steaks medium rare), and when I was just about ready to serve, I pulled the steaks from their water bath, and seared them on a really hot cast iron pan...and they came out perfect. Fish is going to be my next tackle with this! You should give this a try!

> 3 dayThe Sous Vide exceeded expectations. I have bought many sous vides in the past for a much higher price and this one is the same or even better. I like that this machine has wifi connectivity and an app that lets you control the temperature and cooking time through your mobile device. Overall, i highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayThis is the 1st Sous Vide Machine I have owned and I have only sous vide 2 meals, but so far so good. Te product is built well with a sturdy clip. The display is easy to read and intuitive (to be honest I havent read the directions yet). The 1st meal I cooked was some Omaha steaks. I probably had the water temp a little high (my wife likes them more towards he medium side) for my liking, but the steaks were uniform in color and tender. The 2nd meal was pork tenderloin. I cooked for about 3hours and the pork was very tender. The only reason I marked Flavor as a 4 is becauseI think that has more to do with the seasoning than the sous vide machine

> 3 dayI wish I had known about this sooner. I had my reservations about cooking in a bag, however this is absolutely the way to go. My wife says the chicken is the best I have cooked for her in years. The steaks end up perfect, and I the corn on the cob was amazing.
