> 3 dayI have been wearing these headphones for 10-12 hours a day for the past week or so, and theyre exactly what I needed. Extremely comfortable, lightweight, and great sound. The noise cancellation is excellent, and the transparency mode is equally as good. I could almost forget Im wearing the headset because of the great transparency mode, but my only gripe is that the headset almost decides for you that it wants to turn on noise cancelling, or mute the transparency due to loud sounds. I dont really care for that, but otherwise, its great. If youve got 400 bucks to spend on headphones.. cant go wrong here.

> 3 dayIf you have a medium to small sized head, I wouldn’t recommend buying this headphones set. It checked all the boxes in terms of sound quaility, noise cancellation, and volume control, but it would slide off my head from the littlest of movement. I’m a teenager, not a kid, so if you are looking to buy for a child, I would look into buying the Sony xm4‘s instead. I am exchanging them for xm4‘s.

> 3 dayLet me just start off by saying these are SO GOOD! The quality, the look, the sound ARE SO GOOD! They are so sleek!! if someone were to blindfold me and put these on my head, I would really think they were a Apple product, from the sound quality and features. All of my personal devices are Apple products, and I decided to go out of the box for these kind of headphones and definitely made the right choice. I tried the Apple ones, but in my opinion, these were lighter and more comfortable with the same quality. And these are definitely at a bit lower price point. 11/10 recommend.

Greater than one weekLikes = design, comfort, sound quality and the versatile app Dislikes = tried using it for a work from home gig that i have which is 90% making calls and talking to people. However, connection quality is bad. Customers frequently say that my voice connection goes in and out. This doesn’t occur with calls on my cellphone but definitely occurs in calls I make through my work laptop. Its a bit disappointing seeing that I bought these earphones because they boast superior voice call quality using several microphones and background noise cancelling compared to other earphones…

> 3 dayAfter a long product review using Youtube, I decided on this headset. I looked at the Apple Airpods Pro, and although they are great headsets I believe the Sony headset to be better. I have an iPhone and run a Mac mini, and they work very well with them. Im still able to use Siri with them. When you look at the price of the Airpod Pro it was a no-brainer. Even if the Airpod Pros were the same price as the Sonys I still would buy the Sony headset.

> 3 dayOverall Im happy with these headphones. The sound is OK but my old Bose were, I think, better. I have a big head (not in the ego sense) and these fit comfortably. I also have silver hair so the white blended in nicely. My only beef with these is the adaptive noise cancelling. Seems like a great idea in theory but it doesnt work very well. I was wearing these and using an electric weed whacker. Everything started out just fine and I could barely hear the weed whacker. Then, for no reason at all, the noise cancelling cut out and I heard all of the ambient noise. After about a minute the noise cancelling turned on again. This same thing has happened at other times as well. I suspect it was because I was stationary (although I have no idea why I would want to hear everything around me if I was standing still). I finally gave up and turned the feature off.

> 3 dayI’ve been using Sony noise canceling headphones for a couple of years, going from XM3 to XM5. The noise cancelling quality is clearly better than Apple and Bose. My XM3 lasted 3 years of almost daily use. But the construction of XM5 looks so fragile that I was concerned from the start. And it broke after just a few months. The part over my right ear broke off from the main thing.

Greater than one weekI have so many sony products. So, when I needs a good headset, I went for sony. I got this expensitve headset through Amazon with promotioned price. But the headset can not do paring with my iphone. I made serveral phone calls with Sony tech support trying to resolve the issue. I even tried to get a new iphone to test it when I was told I did not have curent version iphone software to pair with this headset. But, none of these suggestions worked, so I ended up going to near-by Best Buy to have them giving me physical check with this new new headset and got resonese was this heasset was factory defective that I should contact with Sony for a repacement since I did not even have a chance to try it out. It took me over 2 weeks to receive a new replaced headset. Then again, this one gets even worse becuase it can not be powered. After talking to Sony tech support, they allowed me to do anyother return for 2nd replacement. After one and half month troubleshooting that I can not even hear a sound or song from this model of Sony headset, I was fed up but either the seller or Amazon could help me out and I was told that I have to deal with Sony from now on because purchase return period was expired. I dont know whatelse I can do at this point. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS HEADSET TO ANYONE even this model has so many excellent reviews unless you are very lucky--I had two new product and none of them was working. Plus, return your electronic product to Amazon right away when you find a prolbem with it. Dont try to figure out to fix the probem yourself.

> 3 dayI love everything about these headphones. From the sleek look, to how lightweight they are, to the case the durable case included with the purchase. The sound quality is amazing, it tunes out my tv even when I’m right next to it. There’s the noise canceling, ambient noise, and no cancellation feature and they all work great and as intended. One feature I didn’t know about when I bought these is when you take them off, the music automatically pauses for you. It starts playing once it detects the headset back on your ears. When you start talking to someone, the music will pause as well until you’ve finished talking. I’ve used them at a music festival, on a plane, and at home. The only con I could see is if someone is talking right next to you (on the phone or something) you can still hear them, but never bothered me much. 10/10.
