> 24 hour$145 for 2TB seemed like a good deal, too bad that BOTH P31s Ive tried have inconsistent performance issues on Apples latest hardware. Most of the time, the drive struggles to achieve 500MB/S. While it can speed up after use, restarting the mac it slows back down again. Ive tried multiple Thunderbolt enclosures, and unfortunately they all have the same issue. Samsung and Sabrent SSDs have no issue.

> 24 hourOne thing to note is that the reported speed of this devise is not accurate. The best I have been able to get is around 1600 MB/S. Granted, this is still many times faster than a traditional platter drive, or even a standard SSD drive, but I say that if speed is important to you, spend a little more and get a Samsung EVO.

> 24 hourInstalled it on XPS 13 9370 and so far everything works well. One thing particular is its thermal performance. I never saw it goes over 68C. Hynix does not provide its own clone software but you can download free clone software from the Macrium website which is an official partner with Hynix. I used it to clone the drive and it works fine.
