Silpat products are not only useful, they are almost imperative to have near perfect baked goods. Biscuits, cookies, and bread loafs have come out absolutely perfect on the bottoms, edges and top crusts too. Great product! Doesn’t fit in a standard jelly roll sheet. Pair it with the All Clad baking sheet and you have a dynamic duo. It is kind of heavy to manipulate with one hand but that is what makes it good, really.

I make bacon in the oven and use these instead of parchment paper. The were great - no sticking, easy to clean and did the job. Cant wasit to use them for Christmas Cookies!
