Love this for the non slip fiction. I tried to use the cookie placements for baking but, it didn’t work for chocolate chip cookies. They meshed into each other a bit I just did subsequent batches spread out over the ban not using their guides The sheet works amazing!! They didn’t stick at all. My husband likes cookies a little darker so I had to leave them in a good amount of time extra Def would recommend this to others!

What is there to say? It is the perfect cookie baking mat.

I love the Silpat baking mat. Its a great alternative to all of the parchment paper that I use for weekly baking. My model gives a great cookie size guide. The mat is both durable and VERY easy to clean.

Why have I not used these before? They are so easy to use, wash and reuse. We use them for everything from baking to rolling out dough, to laying down for barrier for our silicone muffin molds. Won’t need to purchase more although I would. Have eliminated almost all of my tin foil and parchment paper uses in the kitchen. Try these if you like to go green, or want an awesome non stick even cooking surface.

Pricey, but works well for creating candies and pastries for a non-stick surface.
