> 3 dayI like it because it’s light and not too heavy. What I do not like about it is when you have it fully attached there’s no way to stand the vacuum up. You have to lean it against the wall or just let it lay flat. That’s the one feature I really don’t like about it, also it comes with two attachments and there’s nowhere to put them on the stick

> 3 dayfunny story,, kid has two dogs, his wife always sick,, he has a bigger vacuum,, i bought him this because I bought one for my house, one for my rabbit kid,, who loves it,, m y son hates this, cuz he has to empty it three times in his 1200 foot house, ,cuz it picked up dirt his other vacuum didnt,, we had a bissell bagged and had vacuumed the house and then used this,, was amazing,,,, I will say making sure your foam is clean is a pain, but a few minutes to clean or rotate with new hepa foam still beats having hair, and you can put the head on the motor and clean your couch, stairs etd..

Greater than one weekWe upgraded after the previpus version but the dust. This vacuum has lights so you can see any dirt that natural light misses. The only thing I don’t like is that the cord is much shorter than the previous model.

> 3 dayI travel for work with my dog, living in Airbnb/short term rentals. I’ve found that most STRs provide kind of the bare minimum for cleaning supplies, so I like to bring my own and clean up weekly as I would in my own home. I’ve been fortunate so far to stay mainly in places with hard floors so I was able to get by with a swiffer/broom, but my current spot has thick carpet in the bedrooms. The couch here is also fabric, my last few places had leather couches, and the fabric is attracting a lot of fur. After a few weeks the fur build up was getting to be too much and I decided to invest in a vacuum to join me on my travels. I had a few criteria in mind: • lightweight/packs small • could clean either carpet or hardwood • poweful enough to manage pet fur • convertible from floor to handheld This Shark really checks all of the boxes! The dust tank is on the small side, but large enough that I can get through the large master bedroom without emptying it, so that’s really all that matters. I’m super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to any travel nurses or others in similar situations

> 3 day2 Great Danes that shed like you wouldn’t know… does a fantastic job getting all the hair and dust. Also gets all my cat litter my cat drags out the box! Highly recommend - I hate having to deal with the wire but I’m sure battery ones wouldn’t work as good as this one does!! 10/10 recommend

> 3 dayI bought this as a replacement for an aging canister vac. The fundamental design concept of this Shark vacuum is a good one, but the practical details need some work. First the good. The motor, filters, dust collector, and switch are all incorporated in a compact unit in the top, handle part of this vacuum. In most applications the handle unit will be supported by the extension tube and an accessory resting on the floor, so it is not too heavy. The dust collector has a pretty good capacity and will likely get through an average-size house before it needs emptying. The collector itself is well-designed. It can be emptied while still in the handle unit if you happen to be near a trash can, or it can be removed from the unit for easy transport to a trash can. The dirt comes out easily, with no need for shaking and banging and thereby raising big clouds of dust. The cord is long, which allows for a good range without switching outlets. On the other hand, the cord is long, which can cause some inconvenience with wrangling and tangling. It winds up on two holders, and a neat design feature allows you to swing one of the holders down to remove the whole cord without unwinding it one coil at a time. Power and suction seem pretty good, and the LED lights are surprisingly bright and useful. The turning/swivel mechanism works well. And now for the nitpicking. The business end of a vacuum is where the suction meets the dirt, and it is here where the HV322 could use some refinement. I have mostly hardwood floors, so I figured the Dust-Away hard floor attachment would be my most-used accessory. It is like a combination of a Swiffer and a typical floor brush. However, it has two little plastic wheels on it that rub along the floor, making noise and feeling like they are scraping the floor. In addition, it is about three times bigger than a standard canister floor brush, making it harder to move and to get in all the nooks and crannies. Finally, after using it I feel like I have to take it off and vacuum off the dust that accumulates on the microfiber pad. The motorized carpet attachment seems to work pretty well, with a two-speed brush for low or deep pile carpet. It can also be used on hard floors, but with pretty much the same caveats about size and noise. There is a combination crevice tool/dust brush, which seems like a clever idea but in practice is not so good. The catch that lets the dust brush move keeps pinching me, it is too long overall for easy dusting, and it has cheap flimsy plastic bristles. There is also a motorized pet brush that works pretty well. I dont have dogs or much upholstery, but it did a good job in my car, with a swivel that lets the brush adjust to the surface. I thought I could fix the shortcomings by buying a floor brush and dusting brush. But, it turns out the tube diameters used on the Shark Rocket are not the standard 1 1/4 used by most other brands. With much measuring and analyzing of specs, I finally found an adapter

Greater than one weekThis product is best for vacuuming underneath objects like coffee tables and beds! It does a great job; enough suction power to remove dog hair and loose carpet fibers.
