SENNHEISER HD 599 Open Back Headphone, Ivory

These sound pretty good, but even expanding the head band completely, they didnt fit. They gotta cover my ears! I returned the Sennheisers and chose the Sony 7506 professional headphones. Roughly the same price, but more detailed sound.

The headphones are very comfortable blocks out sound and have good sound quality best headphones I have ever bought recommend buying these to any one looking to headphones.

Quality headphones with good sound. If you’re not getting good enough sound from these headphones, chances are that the input quality could be inferior rather than headphones. You’ll never experience the same sound in these headphones from even the best and latest iPhone, as you will from a quality hifi system. Consider the source of sound before blaming the headphones.

Bought this based on the claim this is near audiophile sound quality, and as I have been happy with my Sennheiser CX 300 earbuds I thought Id stick with the brand. They are comfortable, and compared to my Bose QuietComfort headphones I can immediately hear the difference with the open-back design. I only awarded 4 stars because there is occasionally some audible distortion.

Its pretty good. I enjoy the sound. I dont ask a lot of it. One of the cables it comes with feels kinda short, but thats fine with where Im putting it. Would recommend to others. :)

Sonido claro, buena calidad en materiales, cómodo.

I was going to get the HD 650s because several other music producers recommended them. However, when I saw the HD 599s were half the price on sale on Amazon I did some research. The 599s actually have a slightly better neutral sound score as reference headphones.
