> 3 dayGreat sound for the money. The highs are kinda harsh. No bass, clean mids, feels very comfortable to wear for many hours, No sweating on your ears. Sound quality is low energy if using a phone to power it, an amp would definitely solve this.

14-11-2024I dont have a lot of prior experience with nice headphones so I didnt have much to compare these to when i got them. On first listen the sound quality improvement over regular earbuds and headphones is immediately apparent. Everything just sounds really clear and crisp and they really do sound better as you get used to them. Others have described these as having a neutral sound and i agree. It doesnt crank up any one aspect of the sound profile but makes everything sound uniformly excellent, if that makes sense.

> 3 dayBest entry level audiophile headphones under $200. Amazing Sennhesier sound signature. FWIW - I wouldnt order these from Amazon again- box was delivered with NO additional boxing, meaning they just slapped a label on the product box and had no protective shipping packaging at all. Really? Headphones were not adequately protected in shipping and had partially damaged box.

10-11-2024Excellent sound quality. These are absolutely end-game level audiophile headphones. The default tuning is great, with balanced mids and highs and a somewhat restrained bass. The ear cups and headband are very comfortable and can be worn for hours with no issue. As they are open back there is no level of noise cancellation, but the sound stage that you get as a result is amazing.

> 3 dayI am really picky when it comes to headphones--I want *exactly* what I had before (even though Im no expert on sound) so its really hard to shop...these are as good or better than the ones I got years ago that cost $350. Very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThe headphones are nice enough to wear, lighter than my X2HRs and leagues more comfortable than the HD598.
