> 3 dayThis book is a reread for me. I first read it in an anthology and liked it enough to read the rest of the available books in the series and to also pick this one up as a single. This story, Book One, takes place largely in Afghanistan. Tuck and Delaney have been seeing each other privately while stateside for training. But Cory, Tuck s best friend, decides Delaney is the perfect woman for him and skips everything in between to propose to her on a dance floor in front of most of his team. To save Corys feelings, Delaney agrees to think about it, intending to turn him down in private. Then they are called back to Afghanistan and Cory is severely wounded. On the way to the hospital, he asks for her answer and she says yes, again thinking she will be able to let him down gently later, after he is out of crises. But how can she say no to a man who has already lost so much, even if she only loves him like a brother and has given her heart to his best friend, Tuck?

Greater than one weekSo far this has been a fine read. I would recommend this for either right- before- bed, or on the beach, a quiet afternoon, etc. There are quite a few dynamic features to the story line. A few twists and tunes, and the characters are pretty well developed. There are a few parts that could be edited slightly better, but I do know most authors on here prefer for their readers to help them out in this aspect. It was not hard reading by any means, but it was also not an elementary level book. Be prepared for some love scenes. But honestly, sometimes they do add to the storyline, right? I hope to either purchase more in this series (if there is one) or get the author motivated to write more! Not that this was left with just a cliffhanger or anything, I have just loved how the storyline was developed, and would love to know where this could head into the future. Knowing how the characters have developed, interacted, and have grown leaves me with a lot of hope for more. I always love series/ books where there is a spin- off into a similar setting, but with acquaintances that the characters had, or will have. Overall, this is a great value and I would highly recommend it. It is a great value for the price, and it simply cannot be beat! I will be purchasing more from this author in the future, and look forward to new releases. I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review. This review is composed of my own thoughts and views of the product. I am in no way affiliated with the company, and am not being compensated for my honest product review.

> 3 dayThis was my first book by Elle James but Ill be reading more. I liked Tuck, Cory and Delaneys story and the uncertainty of how the story was going to end. There was enough military detail to make it interesting but not tedious. I enjoyed EJs writing style and look forward to the next book in her series.

> 3 dayI listened to the audio version, and the narration was decent. Periodically, Tuck had a twang to his accent, not quite southern, but I couldnt put NY finger on it. I wasnt sure if that was part of the character or the narrator. It was consistent, but it also wasnt distracting. The story was ok. I couldnt understand why these fierce, fighting warriors facing death and dismemberment could not say I dont want to marry you, or we are involved, or manage to get their point across. I would have felt the same frustration no matter what the characters careers happened to be. I did enjoy the action in the book. Once Reaper had his issue and Razor was leaving for the sandbox the story became pretty predictable and the ending was no big surprise. Not a bad way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon.

> 3 dayLoved the guys, Navy Seals, who wouldnt? Along with a great storyline with a female army chopper pilot! Loved the strong female character and of course the guys. Eeny, meeney, miney moe? Which one will she pick? This was a story that takes place where we still have our guys, our military, all of them. Tough to read about them without feeling pride for their bravery and courage. Not only did I enjoy the romance but the PRIDE burns bright!

Greater than one weekSEAL’s Honor is well paced and action packed with no cliffhanger. A great Elle James military romance read. The character development is well defined. The emotional conflict between Delaney, Tuck, and Cory is believable. Tucks loyalty and love for Delaney and Cory is shown throughout. As with any relationship, communication is key to resolving conflict which Tuck and Delaney finally realize. I do hope we get caught up with Tuck and Delaney throughout the series. > 3 day** spoiler alert ** I liked this book and was glad for the twist at the end. It totally caught me off guard. This is the first book I have read from this author and it wont be the last. The characters are well developed, to the point that I wanted to yell at Tuck to open his mouth and save himself. It is a fast paced book with Alpha males and a gutsy and sexy female pilot. If you love hot military guys and a sexy heroine, this is the book for you. Delaney OConnell (Razor) is one of the very few women pilots who fly the Seals into missions. She is Army, a pilot with the 160th. She is very career oriented and tries to not do anything that would hurt all her hard work. And sexy Seals are definitely something that could hurt her position. Reed Tucker (Tuck) is a sexy Seal. He and his best friend Cory joined the military together and have come up through the ranks together. He is very interested in Delaney. Cory Nipton (Reaper) is Tucks best friend and a fellow Seal. He is interested in Delaney as well. Delaney is on probation as he only female in command flying for the 160th SOAR. Her job is to fly the Seals into their dangerous missions. She has worked very hard for 3 years to get where she is. She knows that getting involved with a Seal would look very bad for her. Plus, she has been down this road before. She lost her future husband just a couple of weeks after they were engaged so she doesnt want to go there again. But Tuck was hard to resist. They had hooked up and she knew she had to put a stop to it. At a bar when they were all blowing off steam, problems arise when Cory asks her to marry him in front of the team. She does not give him an answer, but says she will think on it. Tuck is hurt by this, but does not tell his friend that they had been together. While they are deployed, a mission goes horribly wrong and Cory is hurt bad. She says yes to him to ty to keep him from dying, even though she loves Tuck, who is unable to tell her he loves her. When Tuck is invited to Corys wedding, he believes his world is ending. The twists and turns of this book will keep you guessing right to the ending. This is a fun, sexy read. Greater than one weekSPOILERS This is a quick 11 chapter read about two Navy Seals and best friends (Tuck & Reaper) who are romantically interested in the same helicopter pilot (OConnell). OConnell is romantically interested in Tuck, has been secretly dating and having sex with him. Things become complicated when Reaper proposes to OConnell in front of the team the night before she deploys. Even though Reaper does not know the true nature of Tuck and OConnell relationship, he has convinced himself he loves her and hopes to win her over no matter where in the world their careers might move them. If a couple loves each other enough, they can make it happen. Id be willing to make the commute as often as possible. OConnell is worth it. My problem with this story is everything that happens after the proposal and how its handled. The situation is too long winded. Some decisions, a case could be made it was because of honor but for the most part I was bored and disappointed. Seals Honor is an ok read for some some military action and sex scenes. Side note.... the first chapter of book 2 is included also

> 3 dayNavy Seal Reed Tucker doesnt believe in commitment but when he begins having a relationship with helicopter pilot Delaney OConnell he starts rethinking things. He especially begins to have issues when his seal buddy Cory asks Delaney to marry him. Delaney accepts his proposal after Cory is injured because she doesnt want to hurt him after hes lost so much even though shes not in love with him. Tuck finally comes to term with his feelings for Delaney and decides to speak up hoping its not too late.
