Lots of camaraderie among team members & what feel Las like a realistic view of SEAL team moves. Great to have a female soldier represented in a position of merit.

This is a very good story with a good story line and kept to it throughout the story. It was a good idea and put in a good story. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a good story.

I loved the premise of this story, and right up to the last chapter, couldn’t see how it could possibly have a happy ending. It did! A great, quick read, and good start to a new series. I’m definitely looking at more in the series :)

Reed Tuck Tucker is a fearless SEAL. The only thing he fears is commitment. Whenever things get more serious between him and his flirts, he dumps the ladies. Until he mets Army Captain Delaney O Connell, the only female SOAR pilot on their outpost. Their relationship started as a flirt but things have changed: Tuck knows that he loves Delaney and he is seriously fighting with his insecurity. Delaney, on the other hand, wants a commitment from Tuck although shes afraid of the fraternization rule and the repercussions on both their careers. But before they can sort out their issues, their common friend Cory Reaper Nipton proposes to her. Before Tuck and Delaney can sort out what to do, Reaper is seriously injured during a mission and Delaney accepts his marriage proposal while hes still on the gurney. Perfect! Thats all I wouldve to say regarding this book. The plot was a perfect mix between suspense and romance, including some really hot love scenes. But there was also some really good soul searching from the main characters, which gave the necessary depth to the story line. The twist towards the ending of the book put me out of my misery and offered a rewarding happy end. Couldnt have wished for more! P.S. If you likes this storyline try: Deadly Descent by Kaylea Cross

Great start to a new series. I really enjoyed the comradeship in the story. I was pleased when the lead male character finally managed to sort out his emotions. It was a good ending.

Whats not to like about a hot military romance! And this one is really hot! Helicopter pilot Delaney has it rough being loved by one Navy SEAL, Reaper, and loving another SEAL, Tuck. A promise made, honor to uphold, will she do the right thing? A tragedy after a wartime mission gone bad, will Delaney feel obligated to keep her promise or go after the one she truly loves? Elle James did a fantastic job of setting the scene and describing the details. I love her descriptive style and appreciate how true to detail she stayed with the military details. She did all military personnel justice! Thank you! SEALs Honor is a terrific romance. Cant wait to read the rest of the series!

First off her books I have read. It was a good love story. my taste runs to action with the love story being secondary. It was a good written book very good chance I will read more of her work.

This story was already too developed at the very beginning. The reader doesnt get to experience how the friendships between these three characters developed. The narrator tells the reader in only a paragraph or two. The reader doesnt read about Delaney and Tucks very first time together, but only gets a narrated recap, because it happened before the book began. But it was a good story line and very militaristically accurate.

I listened to the audio version, and the narration was decent. Periodically, Tuck had a twang to his accent, not quite southern, but I couldnt put NY finger on it. I wasnt sure if that was part of the character or the narrator. It was consistent, but it also wasnt distracting. The story was ok. I couldnt understand why these fierce, fighting warriors facing death and dismemberment could not say I dont want to marry you, or we are involved, or manage to get their point across. I would have felt the same frustration no matter what the characters careers happened to be. I did enjoy the action in the book. Once Reaper had his issue and Razor was leaving for the sandbox the story became pretty predictable and the ending was no big surprise. Not a bad way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon.

I liked it. I thought it had a great plot line, very well developed characters and a HEA. I really dont look for much more in a story. This story is about SEALs and the other service members that support their actions. The SEAL team was made up of 5 members, all brothers in the unit. They all take care of each other. The bond is very strong. The leader, our hero, has commitment issues. He had a bad childhood with very selfish, careless parents that marked him for life. So, he avoids serious relationships. However, the falls for a hot shot Black Hawk pilot. She is strong, independent, smart, gutsy and beautiful. She normally avoids all servicemen because they are too risky to fall for. She doesnt plan on falling for our hero but she does. However, with his issues he can never tell her how he feels and she finds herself engaged to one of his SEAL brothers. There is a lot of adventure, as the SEALs go on missions. There is insight into what these service members go through fighting for and defending our freedoms. There is romance, there is sadness, there is hope and happiness. I loved this story. I think I held my breath through most of it but it was good and I recommend it. I love SEAL heroes. They are bigger than life and superheroes in all ways. Good read.
