SEALs Honor: A Military Romance (Take No Prisoners Book 1)

SPOILERS This is a quick 11 chapter read about two Navy Seals and best friends (Tuck & Reaper) who are romantically interested in the same helicopter pilot (OConnell). OConnell is romantically interested in Tuck, has been secretly dating and having sex with him. Things become complicated when Reaper proposes to OConnell in front of the team the night before she deploys. Even though Reaper does not know the true nature of Tuck and OConnell relationship, he has convinced himself he loves her and hopes to win her over no matter where in the world their careers might move them. If a couple loves each other enough, they can make it happen. Id be willing to make the commute as often as possible. OConnell is worth it. My problem with this story is everything that happens after the proposal and how its handled. The situation is too long winded. Some decisions, a case could be made it was because of honor but for the most part I was bored and disappointed. Seals Honor is an ok read for some some military action and sex scenes. Side note.... the first chapter of book 2 is included also

I really enjoyed this book. Delaney was a strong , confident woman who was a helicopter pilot. Tuck a SEAL who Delaney had the Hots for but didnt want to get involve with a SEAL and she stated she doesnt need a man in her life. Tuck had the Hots for Delaney and he didnt want to share her but he did not want a relationship. Not going to spoil the rest but I was on edge during the book but the end was Awesome . Love can be the scariest adventure if we dont communicate and sometimes even when we do. It is the greatest oxymoron-- capable of lifting us up or tearing us down, healing or dealing the most pain, but somewhere in between is life to live; bravely or in fear. As for Tuck and Delaney, they can run from their fears, but in the end how far can you get from your heart? More please!

This book was a well written and edited joy to read. This is a new to me author that I came to know thru the Kindle World program. I am so glad I did her stories are a treat! I love the audio option!

Love a seal love story. (So I like to get away from reality). I know Seals are no sexier than Fireman, policemen, etc., etc. I just love that the Seals in these stories find love. They have an important job as well as dangerous. Its been said that SEALS dont have a great record for love and marriage. These stories help to squelch these findings....just for a while.

Whats not to like about a hot military romance! And this one is really hot! Helicopter pilot Delaney has it rough being loved by one Navy SEAL, Reaper, and loving another SEAL, Tuck. A promise made, honor to uphold, will she do the right thing? A tragedy after a wartime mission gone bad, will Delaney feel obligated to keep her promise or go after the one she truly loves? Elle James did a fantastic job of setting the scene and describing the details. I love her descriptive style and appreciate how true to detail she stayed with the military details. She did all military personnel justice! Thank you! SEALs Honor is a terrific romance. Cant wait to read the rest of the series!

This story was already too developed at the very beginning. The reader doesnt get to experience how the friendships between these three characters developed. The narrator tells the reader in only a paragraph or two. The reader doesnt read about Delaney and Tucks very first time together, but only gets a narrated recap, because it happened before the book began. But it was a good story line and very militaristically accurate.

Good read. Relatable characters. Believable story line with enough action and romance to keep you turning pages. If you like action and stubborn lovers, you will love this.

For a honest review .tuck is a hard head man and delaney loves him like no other but after excepting Corry proposal f marriage tuck thinks he lost her forever. Find out their story and its a very good one.

Well written and executed. Left you in suspense almost every chapter. Nice love story and the characters were interesting. I think people in the service would like it .
