> 3 dayI listened to the audio version, and the narration was decent. Periodically, Tuck had a twang to his accent, not quite southern, but I couldnt put NY finger on it. I wasnt sure if that was part of the character or the narrator. It was consistent, but it also wasnt distracting. The story was ok. I couldnt understand why these fierce, fighting warriors facing death and dismemberment could not say I dont want to marry you, or we are involved, or manage to get their point across. I would have felt the same frustration no matter what the characters careers happened to be. I did enjoy the action in the book. Once Reaper had his issue and Razor was leaving for the sandbox the story became pretty predictable and the ending was no big surprise. Not a bad way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon.

> 3 dayReed Tucker and his SEAL team are stationed in Afghanistan and work with helicopter pilot Delaney OConnell. Tucker and Delaney work well together and get to know each other quite well. Tuck doesnt have relationships because of his career and parents (who have been married several times). After Delaney lost her fiance she sworn to never again get involved with anyone in the military. Since neither wanted a relationship, a one-night-stand worked for both of them. Until they started to have feelings for each other. Things got complicated when Tuckers best friend, Reaper, decided Delaney was perfect for him and asked her to marry him. She said no but he kept asking until she finally agreed. This was a good story with exciting missions the SEALs went on. There was a lot of conflicting emotions between the three main characters that kept me wishing Tucker and Delaney would just speak up. Reaper didnt know that Tucker and Delaney had been together because didnt know how to tell him. This story starts with Tucker going into the church to attend Reaper and Delaneys wedding so I was frustrated while reading it feeling like I knew the ending at the beginning. So that I dont give anything away Ill just say there were lots of twists to this story.

> 3 dayA good reading experience. Enough danger without being too tension filled, an interesting romance and an even more interesting ending! Definitely a book to recommend.

> 3 dayLove a seal love story. (So I like to get away from reality). I know Seals are no sexier than Fireman, policemen, etc., etc. I just love that the Seals in these stories find love. They have an important job as well as dangerous. Its been said that SEALS dont have a great record for love and marriage. These stories help to squelch these findings....just for a while.

Greater than one week** spoiler alert ** I liked this book and was glad for the twist at the end. It totally caught me off guard. This is the first book I have read from this author and it wont be the last. The characters are well developed, to the point that I wanted to yell at Tuck to open his mouth and save himself. It is a fast paced book with Alpha males and a gutsy and sexy female pilot. If you love hot military guys and a sexy heroine, this is the book for you. Delaney OConnell (Razor) is one of the very few women pilots who fly the Seals into missions. She is Army, a pilot with the 160th. She is very career oriented and tries to not do anything that would hurt all her hard work. And sexy Seals are definitely something that could hurt her position. Reed Tucker (Tuck) is a sexy Seal. He and his best friend Cory joined the military together and have come up through the ranks together. He is very interested in Delaney. Cory Nipton (Reaper) is Tucks best friend and a fellow Seal. He is interested in Delaney as well. Delaney is on probation as he only female in command flying for the 160th SOAR. Her job is to fly the Seals into their dangerous missions. She has worked very hard for 3 years to get where she is. She knows that getting involved with a Seal would look very bad for her. Plus, she has been down this road before. She lost her future husband just a couple of weeks after they were engaged so she doesnt want to go there again. But Tuck was hard to resist. They had hooked up and she knew she had to put a stop to it. At a bar when they were all blowing off steam, problems arise when Cory asks her to marry him in front of the team. She does not give him an answer, but says she will think on it. Tuck is hurt by this, but does not tell his friend that they had been together. While they are deployed, a mission goes horribly wrong and Cory is hurt bad. She says yes to him to ty to keep him from dying, even though she loves Tuck, who is unable to tell her he loves her. When Tuck is invited to Corys wedding, he believes his world is ending. The twists and turns of this book will keep you guessing right to the ending. This is a fun, sexy read.
