SEALs DESIRE (Take No Prisoners Book 2)

Great story

“SEAL’s Desire” by Elle James is an exciting novella featuring sexy SEAL, Remy LaDue, who is ready to face the guilt he shares with NCIS agent Mitchell Sanders over their possibly inappropriate shared passion. Little does he realize that the determined woman has gone undercover looking for her missing friend, no matter the risk to her own safety. Before they can work out their personal issues, they have to make sure that she remains alive long enough for them to do so. This fun romantic suspense story provides a great tension-filled read that gives a glimpse into the lives of two very determined people who have an intense attraction for each other yet try to desperately to ignore it. I love that both of them are such competent and admirable characters and I enjoyed the combination of spice and adventure provided. My only complaint is that this is only a novella because I would love to read more about these folks! (I purchased this as part of the yummy boxed set, SEALed with a Kiss)

solid pretty good summer read

I would definitely rate this author among some of my favorites. She writes compelling stories with characters I fall hopelessly in love with every time. I now consider anything by Elle James a must-read!

Seals Desire is one of those action packed books that had me completely absorbed and turning pages quickly. I had not had the pleasure of reading any work by Elle James until now. Oh my goodness if this book is any indication Ive been missing out on some great stories. I really enjoyed her writing style, the storyline, and the characters. I certainly look forward to reading more of her work and SOON. Remy LaDue returns home from a mission excited to meet with his friend Mitchell Sanders. However we he tries to touch base with her she is no where to be found. Then he finds her in the most unexpected place. Oh my! I have to say one of the things I really admired about Mitchell is she is one very loyal friend. She will do whatever it takes to find her missing friend. I dont want to give away too much, but Mitchell is willing to go to personal danger to herself to help her friend. Remy and his team are right on her heals for back up or they sure try to be. That is another thing I liked about this story was Remys team steps right up to help as soon as they know what is going on. This book is full of lots of action and drama that kept me on the edge of my seat. When I got close to the end of the book I could not put it down. This really is one really great romantic suspense story with fun characters that know how to kick butt. Seals Desire is one of those great quick reads that contains all my favorites things. There is plenty of drama, steamy scenes, and characters that are fun, brave, unique, and a whole lot of fun to read about. If you are looking for a short romantic suspense story may I recommend this one to you? I think you will enjoy it. I know that I certainly did. This is part of the Take No Prisoners series but I had no trouble at all reading it as a stand alone. However like I said before if this book is any indication I am really looking forward to reading more of Elle James work. repetitive stories of the same characters doing heroic actions NOt my sort of book but I am sure many people enjoy them

A great read. Remy has a thing for Mitchell but she was his buddys girl but he died and they made a error in judgement wrong time. They have kept in touch for the last year. Remy is back in town but he cant get hold of her until he sees her at a club. Mitchell is trying to find her friend who has gone missing and she is s glad for his help.Things get out of hand and Remy needs to save her from being sold. A story full of action and a chance to spend Valentines day together as promised. I received this copy in exchange for an honest review from Netgalley

This is a lot of well written and edited story in a short fast paced book! The characters are very dimensional! Love that it comes with audio option!
