This product works but I found it somewhat uncomfortable. Im a big guy so maybe thats why but I would recommend.

Works fantastic. Less than a week and my posture is improving

Im 58, self-employed, running two businesses, both of which have me working in front of a computer and I almost always forget to wear my glasses. This has led to poor posture. Really poor posture. I wear this strap really tight. If you fight it, you can only handle it for 1/2 hour at a time. If you keep your shoulders back, however, you can wear it for an hour or longer. From day-1, I could feel the difference. Ive been wearing it for almost two weeks now and can honestly report that it works!

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!

Immediately I could see that this device kept my back in a straight position. Hopefully with continued use each day, for the required time, my posture will improve with muscle memory. My only concern is getting the device on each time, but in my case, I have had left shoulder replacement surgery 5 years ago, and it is difficult for me to tighten the left velcro strap, with somewhat less ease in movement of my left shoulder now. But overall, I give this Schiara Posture Corrector 4 out of 5 stars.

Works well. I simply havent used it much because its uncomfortable to use since Ive had my collar bone misplaced/injured which is the reason I got it. Might work better as a supplement to physical therapy and chiropractic care, depending on what youre using it for.

Easy to use, immediate relief, straightened posture as soon as its on, but its very uncomfortable under the armpit area, even when loosened.

Back pain

The product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.
