I purchased this product as I am a student and I always find myself hunching forward when doing work on my computer. I needed an easy solution. This posture corrector was the perfect choice. It forces me to sit up straight with my shoulders back. It is uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it and it makes a world of a difference. Now, I wear it every time I am sitting doing work. It helped me build the habit of having my neck and back straight with my shoulders retracted and not rounded forward. I would 100% recommend this for anybody who suffers from poor posture. i love this brace! very easy to adjust and put on, feels very comfortable while on . Process should be slow, so i think brace should be on ones body no longer 1 or 1,5 hour

I liked this for about 30 mins then it just hurts and the support isnt nearly as good as Id expect so unfortunately I cant give it 4 stars let alone 5 and Im still continplating returning it !

I tried 3 different posture correctors and I decided this was the most comfortable. After 3 weeks of increasing the time i use it, I still cannot use it for more than 40 minutes because it’s is unbearable uncomfortable

I spend most of my day hunched over a computer or textbooks and sleep on my sides. I shoulders were pulled forward causing me pain and troubles sleep. I started using the posture corrector my posture has improved and my shoulders are back in correct alignment and my sleep has improved. I also you it when I am weight lifting to keep my form.

Works as expected

I dont normally write reviews, but this posture corrector is literally amazing. My posture has been suffering as Im getting older (51). I work at a desk all day, and I am starting to get rounded shoulders and the start of a little hunchback. I tried to keep my shoulders open with daily yoga, but I wasnt seeing a change and my upper back was always sore and tight. I started using this posture corrector, and within a week I am seeing a HUGE difference. I started slow, 20 minutes at a time a few times a day. Now I am up to 90 minutes at a time, and I am starting to see results. I can get into yoga poses that I was never able to even after practicing for years. My shoulders, upper back and chest are so much more open. When I first put this on I felt like it was distorting my body, but when I looked in the mirror I was simply standing up straight. Its pretty jarring at first, but now standing up tall feels natural and wearing the brace feels good. Stick with it, and I find wearing it with a fitted long sleeved shirt is most comfortable (it will chafe your armpits in a tank top). If youre on the fence, buy this!

I ordered this Schiara Posture Corrector to help relieve back pain and improve posture. At first, it takes some getting used to since it pulls your shoulders back to help prevent you from hunching over. Once you wear it a few times, you adjust to it and it feels good as it does help to straighten your posture. I can feel it making me walk more upright because I sometimes hunch over and dont realize it. It works well from what I can see. Also, I believe there is a direct relationship between good posture and reduced back pain, another benefit of using this type of brace. The owner of this business sent me a professional-looking letter following up on my order, offering assistance if I had any issues with this posture-correcting brace. Thats going the extra mile. The price was very reasonable, the customer service was great and I am very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend this posture corrector to anyone looking for this type of product.

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!
