> 3 dayWorks well. I simply havent used it much because its uncomfortable to use since Ive had my collar bone misplaced/injured which is the reason I got it. Might work better as a supplement to physical therapy and chiropractic care, depending on what youre using it for.

> 3 dayIm 58, self-employed, running two businesses, both of which have me working in front of a computer and I almost always forget to wear my glasses. This has led to poor posture. Really poor posture. I wear this strap really tight. If you fight it, you can only handle it for 1/2 hour at a time. If you keep your shoulders back, however, you can wear it for an hour or longer. From day-1, I could feel the difference. Ive been wearing it for almost two weeks now and can honestly report that it works!

> 3 dayYou forget youre wearing it! I accidentally wear it too long sometimes because its comfy - very different than the pinchy kind Ive had in the past.

> 3 dayEasy wear. Does not force posture, but is more like a grntle but constant reminder to remain straight

> 3 dayAs a child, I was diagnosed with Scoliosis (a sideways curvature of the spine) and as a result, my posture was never perfect. As an adult, I spend 60+ hours at my desk, and my posture was further deteriorating. I decided to try the Schiara Posture Corrector. At first, it was uncomfortable because my muscles and tendons had settled in a slumped position and the corrector works to retrain and realign the muscles to their proper position. Over time, it became more comfortable, and my posture has improved immensely. It does work, but it does require commitment on behalf of the user.

30-10-2024I wear the jacket all day and got used to it quickly. I gave it 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do without feeling bulky. Two Suggestions: When the jacket is on, the straps under the arm pit tend to slip off each other rather than staying superimposed. Could be resolved with a non-slip material so the two straps would more like stay in place. Second: I would lengthen the center vertical strip in the back by an inch or so to make it easier to get off by grabbing it and pulling down. I have to almost jump up and down to get the jacket off my shoulders. It is a little bit cumbersome removing it. I initially tried another brand but it was two bulky and cumbersome to put on. Overall, Im very happy with the posture corrector.

Greater than one weekImmediately I could see that this device kept my back in a straight position. Hopefully with continued use each day, for the required time, my posture will improve with muscle memory. My only concern is getting the device on each time, but in my case, I have had left shoulder replacement surgery 5 years ago, and it is difficult for me to tighten the left velcro strap, with somewhat less ease in movement of my left shoulder now. But overall, I give this Schiara Posture Corrector 4 out of 5 stars.
