> 3 dayThis really is exactly what it says on the tin. Its fast and works like a dream. I have a ton of Steam games installed on this to save space on my laptop and have no issues playing even fairly demanding games off of it. Love it.

> 3 dayTHIS ITEM NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF AMAZON as it is NOT a Samsung drive. Many other reviewers have mentioned it and here’s my story. The port came loose on mine and I called amazon for help. They completely disowned me and said I need to talk to Samsung as they support warranty. Called Samsung and they verified that this drive is from Korea and so the warranty will not be valid in the US. I wasted days back and forth between amazon and Samsung only to give up and buy a lacie. Be very very careful with these drives. Amazon is using a 3Rd party supplier to buy these drives cheap and then sell them here. I don’t have time to sue them but I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to sell drives on a US retailer that do not have local warranties. Pray that your drive works coz neither amazon nor Samsung will take responsibility for it.

> 3 dayIf you move to Mac OS Catalina, prepare to LOSE ALL YOUR DATA. The drivers are not compatible and my data just disappeared. How Samsung could let this happen is unbelievable.

> 3 dayThis SSD is light and portable as advertised however the connector will fail. It is extremely frail and despite my care attention to it as per the advice of coworkers owning the same drive, it failed, necessitating the purchase of a new housing with a more robust connector. Considering how common connector breaks are Id avoid this product and procure a SSD with a stronger connector.
