> 3 dayI didn’t know what to expect after reading reviews. Some good, some bad. I came across this by accident when I was looking for a new HDD. Had no idea such a thing existed. I started researching this and wondered if I could figure it out. I thought it might be difficult for whatever reason. I finally pulled the trigger and bought it and plugged it in. I was nervous. Turns out it was so easy! Sweating over nothing. Simple and straightforward! And fast. I can’t attest to the longevity but you bet I’ll be back here to update in time. I’m sold. No more spinning platters.

> 3 dayBeen using the T7 for about 1 1/2 years now and it gets very heavy use. I was nervous at first because of some of the overheat and high CPU reviews. However got a good deal and went for it.

> 3 dayAside from a little trouble figuring out how to format it as a Mac APFS volume, figured it out (Disk Utility menu - View/Show All Devices) and its a great Time Machine drive.

Greater than one weekI received this drive on March 1 and it stopped working today (April 12). I cant find a way to replace this piece of junk that cost more than $200.

> 3 dayWell built and works fine. I get around 350/MB with the standard USB cable and around 650MB with the USB-C.

Greater than one weekI need a new solid state drive to store my important documents and backup my data on my computer. It was very fast compared to a traditional hard drive. The main downside is that this drive is not shuckable. So in the event that the board that connects the drive dies you will not be able to recover your data or swap it to a different enclosure.
