I primarily bought this to store offline work backups on occasion (Im a client/server dev) as well as to use for some personal storage. Very compact and easy to transport around. Im gentle with my things, so anyone rougher may be advised to buy some extra protection in case their backpack inventory gets tossed around a lot.

Its so frustrating to see all these 5-star Amazon reviews when theres SO MUCH info out there about what a piece of crap the T7 is. Forget these reviews and google Samsung T7 overheating and youll be talked out of this purchase.

Using it for my PS4 until I can get my hands on a PS5. Great for open world games load times are faster. I use it for No Mans Sky mainly.

Causing my console to crush time to time. Loading data a bit slower than my internal SSD. Every time when console restarts, SSD becomes malfunctioning until the OS restores data.

I wanted something with space and speed and this drive does not disappoint. I can throw it in my pocket without fear, transfers are noticeably quicker than other USB 3.xs Ive used.

I plugged it into my Sony Bravia TV, and if is simply lightening fast. No delays. It is as if it is internal memory. I recommend this item. A little on the pricey side, but if you need fast SSD, this it.
