This portable drive is an absolute GAME CHANGER! Its so small, it fits in the palm of my hand, so light I cant even feel in when its in the palm of my hand & loads videos in half the time, or less, than the Western Digital Passport (non-SSD) hard drive. I do wish the storage size was a bit bigger, but I didnt feel like paying all that $$ for a 3TB SSD, or higher. The red color just adds to the coolness of the thing too!

We got a factory sealed box from Samsung with everything BUT the drive! The box was emoty. To Amazons credit, they did not hassle me and refunded all money including the warranty. But they also could not gurantee that if I reorder it, there will be a unit inside the box.

It worked for 3 months and then unable to access at all. Spent 2 months trying to get either Samsung or amazon to deal with the warranty. Finally they sent a RMA I mailed it back and just got an email they will issue a Credit LESS a RESTOCKING FEE of $68. WHY A RESTOCKING FEE WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED? NOT HAPPY. Ridiculous.

Exactly as advertised, delivered on time

Could not format with Apple APFS. Therefore could not divide drive into two sections. Which means i couldnt use the SSD has planed.

The usage of the product is smooth and seamless. I transferred about 200gigs of data within seconds. Love the speed and the sleekiness of the product. Very light weight and very portable
