    This works with Linux ext4 file system as well as MS window. The real good point is that it copys 20 giga bytes in a few seconds. I love this piece of high speed. I will buy couple of Samsung T7 ssd more to make a extra backup for my linux system. I recommend it most highly to you !!!

    I always like to give any product time and make sure it is not any kind of end user error but this SSD is not even close to the proclaimed up to 1050 mb/s, be it a windows computer or Mac.......If I get half the mb/s I am lucky! I bought the Sabrient XTRM-Q and am getting proclaimed specs of over 2000 mb/s. Sure it cost more per GB but I would rather purchase at a higher cost once than have to purchase what I needed twice. SHAME ON YOU for saying this ssd is All that Must be getting paid for their reviews!

    As I expected from reading the reviews, the product is quite under par compared to the ubiquitous T5 series. Speeds can reach 1000mb/s however my USB ports arent the newest gen so its only able to reach around 500mb/s which was the speed of the T5.

    I was not sure if I wanted to spend this much money on an external SSD drive, but it is fast, small, and light. I use both PC desktop, PC laptop, and MacBook Air, and I needed something that I can use across all devices. This one is perfect. I am considering buying another drive for a backup.

    Use it as second bootable drive for os10.15 iMac 27. Slightly faster than the Mac internal flash drive. Good enough as its usb 3. Barely warm to the touch.
