I value Samsung ssd drives.. have 4 Samsung sata ssd all installed. my first NVMe drive was WD SN750 1TB bought on sale as it was much cheaper than the Samsung nvme drives. this 980 drive came on sale at an affordable price so I bought it. had to use a PCIe expansion card to install the 980 because my MB only had 1 m.2 slot.. this card in the PCIe slot is as fast as the WD SN750 which is in the m.2 slot. so far very happy.. yesterday bought a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB, just waiting for it to arrive.. the 980 Pro will go into the MB m.2 slot

Product was simple to install and has increased gaming FPS and load times

Based on RSN LLCs review, I purchased this and a Sintech NGFF M.2 nVME SSD adapter for my late 2013 Macbook Pro (11,2), to replace an OWC Aura drive that was causing (well-known, it turns out) issues waking from sleep/hibernate.

Once I added it into the PS5 to extend the memory, received error saying this storage device wasn’t compatible. I’m sure this product would’ve been good for its intended use for the right product but it wasn’t for me.

I purchased my gaming laptop that had 1 TB SSD. I quickly used that space and had an open slot to add another. I purchased this because it is made by a very reliable company and the deal for 100 bucks or so at the time was just fine with me. Installation took me about 10 minutes since I had to undo 11 screws on the bottom of my laptop to get to the slot to install the SSD. Once installed, I had no problems at all with it. Response time was quick and efficient, and I am happy with the purchase. I couldve bought my laptop with a bigger hard drive, but opted to take the cheaper option and buy and install one on my own.

It worked perfectly with my XPS 15 9560, and I loved the software so I can check the temp or do more stuff. Way better than WD Blue for sure

I got a pretty low price on this used 500gb 980. But I was still surprised that the package just came with the ssd itself in a plastic bag with no box or any thing else. Fortunately, it still working pretty well.

Seems reliable, consistent and a good general improvement over my 2.5 in SATA HDD (I now have as an archive / backup drive).
