I’ve seen a few reviews here claiming to have gotten a used unit. It’s actually very easy to tell exactly how many hours, and how mind times it’s been powered on. In the 1990s storage device manufacturers got together and created something called S.M.a.r.t, which is built into every single consumer storage device today. Use a software called crystal disk info and you can observe for yourself
