We use this vacuum pretty much every day and we love it! We have recommended it to many friends who have all bought it and love it as well. It does a great job vacuuming and the self mapping works great as well. It is not meant for a deep mopping of the floor but it does a decent job for your everyday dust and dirt. We had a piece that broke and the company was very helpful and sent us a replacement piece. All around 5 stars! Very recommended

We don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

I bought this for the price. I use it for the kitchen mostly. It runs every other day. The price is what attracted me. There is a lot of prep to run this machine. Even when the magnetic strips are placed to keep it out of an area it will push them out of the way and get stuck So far it gets stuck under the cabinet (see picture). It also hangs up on the door stop. (See pic). Hangs up under the couch. I initially has it program to smart. I noticed it would do the edges of the room many many times and rarely touch the center of the room often leaving it obviously dirty. I recently set it to random and notices it cleans better. I no longer let it run if Im not home. The things I did like. It came with multiple filters, an extra moping pad and brushes. The dirt trap is easy to empty. It does an ok job but does not take the place of manually mopping. I was hoping if I ran it every other day I wouldnt have to manually mop as often. So far not happening. If I had it to do over I would have spent more money and gotten a different one.

For the vac function alone it is worth the money. I stopped using the mop function because it wasnt that great and I hate washing out the mops. I hacked it to use throw-away mops, but the bot knew what I did and started sulking and shaking its fist at me.

Great product especially for the price! It’s also comes with an app that you can download to control your robot when your away from home. It includes a remote as well with extra accessory add-ons for the robot. Highly recommend.

This was a gift for my Mom and she is amazed how well it vacuums and mops her marble floor. When I told her the price, she was doubly amazed. It does a great job of picking up hair and dust from the floor. It doesnt replace her mop, but it does an awesome job at maintaining a squeeky clean floor. The phone APP is easy for me, not so easy for my Mom. Ideally, Id like the find vacuum function to sound an alarm and REPEAT this for one minute. And, to have a button on the remote do this. For now, she contacts me if she cant locate the vacuum. Im able to sound the alarm for her with my phone when its stuck under the furniture. Another area of improvement would be to have white magnet tape to steer the vacuum away from the floor cords. In this case, her floor is white so black tape on a white floor isnt aesthetic. I should mention that the mop function doesnt leave a pool of water on the floor when set to low. This is a plus for me because I dont want my parents slipping on water. The water streak dryed within one minute. The vacuum isnt quiet, and I am honestly am ok with this. I am able to know where it is within the house in the event it is stuck. And, I get alert messages on my phone when this happens. The have used the phone APP to locate the vacuum with its map function, but I havent mastered the orientation of the rooms cleaned. Another area of improvement would be to designate within the map function, what room is what. And, then to specify which room (or hallway) needs to be cleaned. For now, it cleans the whole floor, which it has been able to do successfully with a single charge. I would say one floor is 1700 sq ft. Overall, this has a perfect balance of features and price.

I purchased 6 month ago, I love this little vacuum and use it daily! I have recommended it to 2 of my friends now and they do as well. My boyfriend has another big name robot vacuum brand....and this one is better in every way. Quite, cleans better, more efficient, costs less, etc. I had to contact customer service recently for a minor issue and they were prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I like it. Will I buy another? Probably not. Here’s why. It needs a babysitter. It’s just 2 of us and we’re tidy but you have to vacuum proof your house before you let it go. It gets stuck under certain recliners, dressers, etc. if the clearance is too low. You must make sure all cords are out of reach. I could easily vacuum myself in 1/2 the time this takes but then… where’s the fun in that. It does however, do a great job in picking up dirt and hair! It’s unbelievable what this little thing comes back with! Also I can’t find replacement filters to fit. I’m still searching and the filter is pretty clogged. I think I would go with a more recognizable brand with easy to find replacement parts next time.
