I love having this thing. It’s convenient and saves me time when I’m doing other things. Great suction, I love the straight lines and the mopping feature is semi okay. I wish it would pick up where it left off when it’s done charging. Since it only cleans the living room and kitchen in one charge, I have to manually take it into the other rooms and close the door so that it will actually clean them without going back to the living room. Overall, the mapping could use a lot of improvement but for the price, it’s good. I also wish I could use the manual mode without having to completely stop the cleaning and mess up the mapping. You have to stop it, switch to manual and then drive it. And even so, I still can’t seem to get it to continue in that same direction. It also takes a really long time for it to find The charging station. I’m still figuring out the best way to use this vacuum to clean the whole house and not just the main areas. Overall, I don’t regret the purchase, but I can definitely see where it’s lacking compared to higher end brands.

Vacuums very well, climbs under beds and sofas and thoroughly cleans every corner. Wipes the floor, but does not remove heavy stains. I am very happy with the purchase. Necessary helper in the house.

Ok so I am I dog groomer and I got this to use after I shop vac my salon so it can pick up what is left behind and then mop the floors for me. It can vacuum really well and makes my life easier and can find it’s charging station. There are some things that really annoy me. First of all, I followed the instructions for the mopping, and not a single drop of water came out. I pulled it apart over and over again trying different things and seriously not a drop came out on mopping mode. Then I pulled out these black little rubber stoppers on the bottom of it and water started coming out. NOWHERE in the instructions does it tell you to remove these. And even when I do remove these, the water comes out TOO fast and almost drenches the floor in a few minutes and runs out of water within 10 minutes max. So I either get absolutely nothing or it soaks my floor. Why do I have ti unplug the holes? But why does that let so much water out? When I change the water settings it does absolutely NOTHING. Like I can put it on the lowest water setting ajd it will still drench my floor. And because of it running out so fast I have to refill the thing 4/5 times to do where I need it to and then it’s a mess because water is pouring everywhere and it won’t stay full long enough to reattach it to the robot. Am I doing something wrong here???? like why don’t the instructions mention these plugs or why does the water not come out when they’re in? I’m so lost. Besides that it’s quiet and does what j need it to besides when the main brush gets stuck or it runs over a cord and then suddenly can’t function because it’s “on a cliff” or the bumper is stuck. It’s ok. For the price I can’t complain too much

Im so glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought one. Ive only had it for a few days and I already can tell an improvement in my mental health. No joke. I never realized how much looking at crumbs all day triggered me. Im a SAHM and very pregnant right now and I just needed this in my life. I did. My 4 year old sheds crumbs everywhere she goes. God love her, I dont know how she does it. Its like they just roll off her shoulders all day or something. That, plus two cats, means I was sweeping like 8 times a day. And then like an hour later, the floor looked gross again. It really stressed me out. I held off on buying one of these because I assumed we had too many obstacles and I would constantly have to go save it or do too much cleaning beforehand to make it worth it. But it does a good job considering all thats stacked against it. We have a 1200 square foot house filled with about 800 square feet of junk. Are there areas that it misses or gets confused about? YES. Do I occasionally have to save it? Also, yes. But it is still worth it. It successfully cleans about 90% of the house with little interference from me and the battery life is more than enough. Some things Ive learned. Location of the charger dock matters. We had trouble with it not going in one particular room, but once we moved the port, it did fine. Wet the mop pad beforehand and put it the Robot damp. Less streaky that way. Mop feature BTW is nothing to write home about, but is good for in between heavy duty hand mopping. App is good, love all the different modes.

I have very active dogs. Shedding is an issue. I have a brand name but it does not mop. Love that it sweeps and I can add the mopping accessories when I am ready. Wood floor so mopping is done when I am home as I remove/insert the attachments. I do not want a wet rag laying on my floor for hours. It is so soft on my furniture. It actually navigates on a pattern worth every penny for me.

We love it!! It cleans up dog hair really well! I’d buy another for the upstairs.

For the money, you can’t go wrong. It works pretty well for both vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t get stuck as often as I expected. As long as the dirt is aligned between the brushes it gets picked up. Wetting the mop cloth helps a lot. It’s inconsistent in negotiating rooms. It will successfully do a full clean without getting at stuck. The next day it will get stuck on something it had successfully negotiated the day before. It would be nice if you could control more with Alexa, or if she could relay the alerts. I don’t understand the point of the map, you can’t edit or use them at all. Overall it’s a great value, and it works well enough for what we need.

This is my first ever robot vacuum, so I was taking a chance with it with the good reviews it has. It definitely is easy to use. The app and the remote are easy to use, and the app is easy to connect to. The suction power is great. We use the normal suction power level and that picks up everything. It has a strong suction level but dont even have to use that! It is also pretty quiet too, and I like that it has a filter and pretty good size bin for what it picks up. I would give it 5 stars, but Ive found that you really have to work with it to make sure it doesnt suck up things you dont want it to if you put it in auto mode and leave it alone to vacuum, like wires, pet toys, rugs, etc. Sometimes it gets lost and you definitely have to create boundaries for it so it can run by itself without issue on automatic mode. I live in an apartment and do have many obstacles that it can run into, which it learns very quickly about. But it definitely takes a little bit of learning your house so it doesnt get stuck in places and learning the vacuum. Overall, 4/5 because Ive had to work through some tech issues with it. But I like that it gets to places I cant with my vacuum. So planning to keep it! Hope this helps anyone curious about this robot vacuum!
