Last week my sdd hard drive crashed on my home computer...took it to a tech shop and they said they could replace and reinstall a new one with Windows 10 pro for about $300. Computer wasnt worth that much so I went to fixing it myself. Bought a new SDD (1 TB Sandisk) and this recovery DVD. Ordered at 5pm Saturday and it arrived 8am Sunday morning. Installed the SDD, which I knew I could do but recovering Windows was what I was not sure would work. This DVD was did the job perfectly. I needed to reset my boot options so the DVD would read and also needed the Windows product key, which luckily I had handy. The machine came right on line with the DVD and it help reinstall Windows 10 pro without a hitch. Back up and running for a little over $100 and I have twice the disk space I had before. Very happy with this installation disk.

It didnt solved my problem.

Dont rush the install. Just let it do its thing. The first two times I was impatient and hoped the laptop would work. The third time I let it do its thing all night and the next morning, Viola. A working laptop.

I enjoyed using this product.

After trying for weeks nonstop this item didn’t help me, the pc keeps giving me error message that it’s not able to read the disk and the seller won’t give me refund even doe it said within 30 days.

I dont like it at all I ordered the CD and I get a thumb drive that does not work at all why do I have to call a phone number. The order said a CD but yet Ive been shipped a thumb drive what kind of stuff is this

It repaired my windows 10 with ease

A recent Microsoft update left my HP8440P locked up and unable to boot. I needed a Win10 recovery disk, Amazon and Ralix to the rescue! I simply booted from the CD and chose the system recovery and it did the rest. Terrific value!
