Not sure what this disc does but does not fix my windows issue

After instal this windows on my pc Always restarting ,

I just started using wonderful product .

Disk did not resolve problem.

Didnt work

it did what it was to do

did exactly what it promised.

I tried every method on this disc to restore the windows 10 on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. I tried both 32 bit and 64 bit and neither worked.

product worked on a 15 year old operating system thank you amazing amazon
