You must have a Windows code to use it. I dont, crashed HD. Wont help at all.

The reason I’m giving a one star is because the DVD came damaged but not the packaging. The DVD was bent and sleeve was wet.

i cannot download the program and i emailed them for help and no answer and tried their website and still no help

My 10-mo old refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 bought on Amazon quit booting with Error Code 0xc00000e9. I ordered this disk and it came the next day. It didnt load when I put it in the DVD drive, but I found instructions on-line to press F12 on initial start at the Dell logo, then F2 to boot from DVD Drive and it worked! I had to put in the Windows ID Code on the top of the computer case. The computer seems normal now.

I guess if you need a reboot repair or re-install doesnt mean re-install. Silly me. The card says that it will NOT re-stall windows 10. But the description says it will.

Basic windows installation disc, nothing more.

The product only told me it could not fix my problem. I finally was able to reinstall windows using recovery disk generated 0n another computer.
