There was a problem with the disk, and it wouldnt boot. The drive made crazy sounds when it was inserted. An old disc booted fine, so the drive was not the problem. Poor quality assurance on this product. The company initiated a refund, so I gave 2 stars rather than 1 star.

But as of right now I have not used this one but it is a good item that is why I bought it again.

five stars. i had my doubts, but after i changed out my disk drive for a new one, i ran this disc. it read the windows os and now i have a working computer!! saved me $170 at office depot!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The worst!!!!!

Was having trouble reinstalling Windows 10 from the USB. It would recognize the keyboard or mouse. Got this disk in a few days and it worked flawlessly!
