Greater than one weekI had an acer 144hz 1080p monitor before I purchased this and the picture quality on that was great. The colors on this seems to lack for some reason. Also the clarity/sharpness is a bit dull as well. Im not sure if I got a faulty monitor but I might be returning it. I feel as if I downgraded from the acer. I really want to like this monitor since it looks clean AF with the thin bezels etc but after watching numerous videos and couple days of usage I can tell the colors and sharpness is lacking. Price is great so theres no complaints there, but I just expected picture colors and picture quality. Id give it a 4/5.

> 3 dayOverall its great, but the one thing that it lacks is that it doesnt have any buttons or touch control panel to change the settings of the monitor such as gamma, brightness, color contrast, etc. It looks really nice but the fact that it doesnt have an onboard control panel is what makes me take a star away. The screen is bright and its nice, but at night it is hard to look at. Either way, I still think this is a better buy than the sceptre monitor close to this price range. The 144hz works fine and its great that they included the DP cable. UPDATE: I found out how to access the menu options and its a button/joystick flush with the back of the monitor. I dont know why this took me an overwhelming amount of time to find.

> 3 dayPros: - Great picture quality. Deep whites, rich blacks, vibrant colors. Good color accuracy after some minor tweaks. Great white and black uniformity. Contrast ratio is lower than most VA panels but still a huge step up from an IPS or TN panel. Gaming is where this monitor really shines! - Two display ports, two HDMI ports - Joystick OSD control was snappy and response. Lots of options in the OSD - Very low input lag, very response Cons: - Small text is blurry and has noticeable fringing. I tried solving this by maxing out the sharpness and using Cleartype and several solutions I found online. This seems to be an issue inherent with VA panels. I planned to use this as a work monitor, but this issue was too noticeable for me. Some will be less sensitive to this though - My unit came with some minor scuffs on the back of the panel Misc: - Stand is very study, but has only tilt adjustment - 32 inches is big for a monitor. Great if its your only monitor, but I had this as a second display and my neck was not happy from needing to move so much - Response time is a mixed bag. Most of the time motion is clear, especially in bright areas. Smearing becomes somewhat noticeable in dark areas. I didnt mind it because it was brief, but if response time is important, then a TN panel or a high end IPS panel will work better for you. Hardware Unboxed stated in their review for this monitor than in terms of response time, its closer to 120hz panel overall

> 3 daySo I took a chance and ordered this pixio monitor based off a good reviews I had seen. When the monitor arrived, to say the least I was not disappointed. The picture quality is great (far better than a tn panel) and the price is unbeatable for the specs you get. However, I did have an issue with the stand being loose even with all the mounting bolts tightened down. So rather than return to amazon I reached out to pixio and explained the issue. I received a personalized (not an auto) email response in less than 24 hours. The representative immediately offered a replacement stand and asked that I register my product and fill out a simple rma form. After I submitted my forms I then received confirmation that my item would be shipped, but to my surprise I received the replacement stand the very next day. I have since installed the new stand which resolved all issues with the previous one. Dealing with pixio is hands down the best and easiest customer service experience I’ve had. I now have faith that if something is to go wrong in the future that pixio will stand by their warranty. If your reading this review and are hesitant to try a pixio, don’t be. Let my testimony help you make the right decision. There are other similar panels on the market from more well known companies, but most have tn panels/less features and are more expensive. The Pixio monitors truly represent a great value in the market. If I need a second monitor down the line pixio will be what I get.

12-11-2024I’ve read all the reviews and was hesitant but I just went for it and got this monitor cuz I needed one. It works fine! Make sure to plug the hdmi or whatever cable you have into the right spot. The settings are easy to control and if you run into any issues, solutions are pretty easy to come across online. It’s a perfect size in my opinion and the quality is nice.

> 3 dayThis may sound trivial but monitor doesnt have an on and off button, for my application that is very inconvenient because i use it in a two monitor system. in order to get best use out of it i have to unplug the power cord to allow my video card to sync my other monitor. I am also not crazy about the one button on screen tuning would have liked to have had a remote with on off and on screen tuning, the button on the back of the monitor is very inconvenient for my setup as i have to resync this monitor often. Just my 2 cents worth but if your getting it for a 2 monitor system i wouldnt recommend it. picture quality is good and refresh is good just the above mentioned inconvenience for me.

> 3 dayIt’s really good for the Xbox series s I thought it was broken or the description lied because it was just sunning at 60hz, but I just had to change the setting to HDMI and thought solved the problem. And the speakers aren’t that bad the colors are also good and pretty accurate highly recommend for the price

> 3 dayif your not looking to break your bank account this monitor is a pretty good value for a 144hz panel. i tend to lean towards ips because of the picture quality. i really did not see any ghosting in this monitor so that is a plus. it does have freesync and that is another plus. the built in speakers i would not recommend using long term, i would either get a nice pair of headphones or speakers to really get a better experience.

> 3 dayPros: -Cheap -Has crosshair overlay -Bright (more than 350nit) Cons: -Extreme Ghosting (from Red) at 165hz no matter the Overdrive Setting -HDR is EXTREMELY bright, colors look unusual This is a 144hz VA panel, thats OCd to 165hz, and has lots of ghosting from Red. I would HIGHLY recommend using CRU (Custom Resolution Utility) to make a 155hz profile, turn off Overdrive, and use it this way! Almost no ghosting, and looks more buttery smooth w/o the visual anamalies.

> 3 dayI purchased three of these 32-inch monitors on Black Friday 2020. Best Monitors I have ever purchased (So Far). The quality is flawless, sharp and colorful. I upgraded from (2) 22-inch 1080p monitors that were almost a decade old. I plugged these in and turned on my computer, I nearly fainted. I had a smile from ear to ear for days. The pictures on Amazon does not do these monitors justice. These monitors are HUGE. quality is great and the colors are awesome. And its sharp, like really sharp. I found out about these monitors from watching eSports & gamers using them. These are VERY worth the money. Currently using them in 1440p mode, but it does go 1-step higher. But since my GTX 1070-Ti is not that great in handling anything more than 1440p I didnt go higher in resolution. I am waiting for prices to go way down to normal prices on the GTX 3090 graphics cards, to try higher settings. Anyways, I dont want to babble, ill just say that since Black Friday 2020, ive been extremely happy with these. And I hope nothing happens to these monitors that I seriously love. Hope there is great support IF it does. Thank you Pixio :)
