I regularly got sinus infections a few times a year requiring multiple prescriptions. As someone who tries to find alternatives to conventional medicine, I knew there had to be something to help with my sinus infections. Quercetin with bromelain it is! My sinus infections are gone and I haven’t had one for over 7 years now. I take another quercetin and it helps. I take 2x a day every day of the year except for above situations where I take a third pill. So I ordered this for my cat who has Spring allergies. She was scratching so badly that she would rip off her hair and sometimes down to the skin. Vet Doc only gave her some allergy medicine that made her worse, so I started to do some research. I found that cats and dogs can take Quercetin because it is an all natural allergy medicine which will not hurt cats or dogs as well as humans. Several articles I found also said that Bromelain helps with the absorption of the Quercitine, so they recommend getting one with both. I took a chance after seeing her suffer for so long and now I am happy I did. My cat not only stopped ripping her hair out, she is much happier. She now comes up to us for love like she usually does when it is not allergy season. Her hair has started growing back and she now plays around like crazy. If you have a cat with allergies, I do recommend you use this, it worked for us. Just in case anyone is curious, the recommended dose is done by multiplying the cats weight by 1000mg then divide that by 125 this will give you the daily dosage. Divide the daily dosage by 2 to get 2 doses (1 dose in wet breakfast food, and 1 dose in wet dinner food). For example, my cat weighs 7 pounds (7*1000=7000/125=56 daily dosage 56/2= 28mg twice a day). Caution, always consult a vet when giving any meds to animals.

I have been an avid Amazon Shopper for several years now and have never once written a review. SO what is causing me to write one today? Because I have found the cure for my asthma using this product. I have suffered with allergy induced asthma and upper respiratory induced asthma for 15 years I have had five bouts of pneumonia and several bouts of bronchitis. As you can imagine my lungs are trashed. Ive used 12-hour inhalers and 24-hour inhalers and rescue inhalers. Ive used nose sprays and Ive done everything I possibly can including eating a super healthy diet filled and vitamjn supplements to try to combat this disease. At my wits end, I bought this item back in the beginning of November because I read of the anti-inflammatory effects of ithe ingredients. They were a 5-star when I was doing keto and I ordered them. Now into the Carnivore lifestyle. Unfortunately these have Oxalates. I can only take 1/2 the dose so my joints don’t hurt. For Vegans, they’re 100% and NOW is a great company.

I got this during the pandemic, its suppose to help your lungs. Its hard to give a true review because I didnt take it for more than a month. I believe it works in combination with Vitamin D, Zinc and turmeric as a binding agent.

I was buying this local for $45 a bottle to help my lungs. I was so grateful for the clinic that recommended these but I ran out and the clinic had a delayed shipping situation. I looked up online and Amazon sells these for a fraction of the price $15 a bottle, less on auto-ship. Plus other sellers/platforms also sell QUARCETIN at way less than $45. Kinda felt robbed by shopping locally but came to terms with that since they sort of saved my life by recommending quercetin so whatever. I just never went back. New to asthma, I didnt quite know what to do and never thought my breathing or lungs would ever recover. I strongly feel that this natural supplement improved my quality of life 100%. Im 99.9% I have a histamine intolerance since I break in hives all the freaking time. Right now its allergy season in northern Virginia. I started NAC for its purported beneficial effects and for the first time, I broke out in the worst itchy hives all over my body! Like ALL OVER. They last weeks. It was awful.
