> 3 dayIm 99.9% I have a histamine intolerance since I break in hives all the freaking time. Right now its allergy season in northern Virginia. I started NAC for its purported beneficial effects and for the first time, I broke out in the worst itchy hives all over my body! Like ALL OVER. They last weeks. It was awful. Then enters this supplement. I remembered my Lyme doctor had me taking this with a ton of other supplements. This totally relieved me of the hives! Folks on YouTube will say quercitin isnt very bioavailable and a waste of money but I am testament that it is doing something.

Greater than one weekLast November, I went on a 2 week vacation to Tahiti and the Society Islands. Prior to vacation, I had planned on using the vacation to quit vaping ... I figured two weeks of distractions would help me get off the vapes easier, than quitting while I was home. It worked like a charm but while on vacation, I got a productive cough that was pretty persistent. It wasnt that I was sick or anything... I was just easily coughing up lung stuff and it sounded as though I was contagious with something. I got a nasty cold when I got home from vacation and the cough had not had a chance of going away. Not too long after I got over the cold, I got a mile case of the flu and still the cough had not had a chance of getting any better. Fast forward to March I still have the cough. It was most prevalent in the mornings after I get up, and while Im at the gym (I think theres something in the air at the gym that sets it off). Plus, I have allergies and we were getting into allergy season so I chalked it up to that too, but I was taking allergy meds daily and still having the issue. I dont remember where I read it on the Internet, but apparently I figured my cough might due to some sort of inflammation I was experiencing. Then, I connected inflammation with Bromelain and then Quercetin and BANG, I was looking on Amazon for a supplement to help with this condition (I like to give supplements shot before taking OTC meds for too long). Anyway, I ordered this supplement and have been taking it twice a day for about a week, and my cough is all but gone. Yes its still there ... but nothing like it was before, Im happy because its having a positive effect, and now I dont sound like Im giving everyone at the gym a cold. IM DEFINITELY GOING TO MENTION THIS TO MY DOCTOR... to see if theres something more to this; something more serious going on other than a simple irritation. But at least the cough is a lot better than before. OH!... and the stiffness in my hands is noticeably less than before I started taking this as well. DEFINITELY WORTH A SHOT.

> 3 dayThey were a 5-star when I was doing keto and I ordered them. Now into the Carnivore lifestyle. Unfortunately these have Oxalates. I can only take 1/2 the dose so my joints don’t hurt. For Vegans, they’re 100% and NOW is a great company.

> 3 dayI regularly got sinus infections a few times a year requiring multiple prescriptions. As someone who tries to find alternatives to conventional medicine, I knew there had to be something to help with my sinus infections. Quercetin with bromelain it is! My sinus infections are gone and I haven’t had one for over 7 years now. I do live in an area where the weather can change quickly, and I do have a day here and there where the pressure change gets the better of me and I feel sinus pressure and get a headache. I take another quercetin and it helps. I take 2x a day every day of the year except for above situations where I take a third pill. As with any natural supplement, you must take on a regular basis and be patient when starting out. As most of us know, there is no magic pill, but this one comes close working with some the nutritional choices I make. This is THE brand I always purchase. Hope it helps you with your sinus issues!

> 3 dayThese fruit bioflavonoids work very well for inflammation as well as to help block histamines during the allergy season. If you suffer from dust or pollen in the air seasonally as I do, by this and try it out take a couple in the morning take a couple in the late afternoon before bed, preferably on a empty stomach, And see what happens… Its nice not to have to take Sudafed Claritin and all the other steroids nasal sprays, etc. etc. when there are natural products which for most people may suffice. Its nice to be alert without a drug the toddler overly exciting you, or putting you to sleep for your allergies. Try this product buy this product. The NOW brand (that is N natural O organic W wholesome that is where they got the name those three words, and 0W has been a Value brand of vitamin and nutritional supplements since the 1970s. Theyre made right here in the USA with their home offices in Illinois. Right in the heartland folks buy their products support this company Ive been buying them for over 30 years. They are a great value dollar for dollar.

> 3 dayI got an ear infection (for the first time in my life) last year. I tried to handle it with peroxide and/or alcohol in the ear, and aspirin to reduce inflammation, but it got worse, so I went to a clinic. The doctor gave me a Rx so I got it filled (expensive little tube of ear drops) and it went away but came back. I thought to myself, No wonder I never go to doctors. See what good that did? So I read up on the internet on holistic type remedies. I am so thankful for you who take the time to leave meaningful comments. As the first reviewer said, this stuff works miracles. I take these and neem capsules plus a garlic pill. Takes care of it every time it recurs. Guess Ill have to be watching for it from now on, but Im convinced it is sinus related and this stuff keeps me from having to take antihistamines. They are discovering that antihistamines affect your memory if you are over 50. I just hate taking meds when herbs and vegetables, etc. (natural remedies) will work. Americans want a quick fix for everything and doctors are all too willing to hand out prescriptions. I personally prefer more old fashioned ways, if possible. Great stuff, these Quercetin with Bromelain. And you cant beat this price. I shopped it to death. So thankful for personal reviews and for Amazon.

> 3 dayI do not get paid for writing this review and in fact the first time I am writing a review for a product. This is an amazing product and I feel I owed a review. I was suffering from severe allergies from breaking into hives and respiratory issues when I moved to another country / city which is known from high concentration of pollens I have been using this product for the last 3 months and after taking this product for a period of 6 weeks, instead of having to take an anti-histamine daily or sometimes up to 2 a day, I am taking it perhaps twice or thrice per month especially during spring which is amazing I recently give it to my dog who is also suffering from itchiness and I have given him other “dog- based” anti-allergy products which nothing seem to work. After 4 days I can see that he is bitting his paws a whole lot lesser I have been using NOWs product for a number of years and by far this is one of their best product besides the liver cleanse.

Greater than one weekI got this during the pandemic, its suppose to help your lungs. Its hard to give a true review because I didnt take it for more than a month. I believe it works in combination with Vitamin D, Zinc and turmeric as a binding agent.
