Works perfectly to power VoIP phones and data to laptops in a conference room or other need. Allows VLAN data to also pass. Current use has VoIP on one VLAN and business network another VLAN. Everything is switched and routed properly with this device.

Whats not to like. I hooked it up and it works. Not a bad price either.

Plug and play, easy to access and manage, lots of controls.

Just plug in and go, Cant get easier than that !!! will buy again !!!

It seemed like the best deal out there. 16 Gig ports for a great price. I own two of these, bought them together. Wish I could send them back, and Netgear just wont have anything to do with them. Within a couple months, they were locking up, dropping connections. I personally think its because these are fanless, and seem to overheat very quickly. I am amazed that Netgear thinks that a switch should be unplugged when not in use... a network switch is always in use.

Great switch - fast throughput. No issues and easy set up.
