> 3 dayItem just as described and photographed. I use the under belly piece for days when I have to go shopping and regularly at home and work yo reduce pressure on my bladder especially as I neared week 25 onwards. It has been a huge help as well when doing daily activities that require standing for a while or lifting, reaching and bending during chores. Sadly I have not been able to utilise all the pieces because I get dizzy from wearing anything tight and I have not been able to tolerate any clothing holding my tummy closely for long.

> 3 dayI bought this at the suggestion of my PT friend when I was early in my second trimester. My torso is short so I popped early and my back was constantly in pain. I walked daily and taught yoga and dance classes but had to reduce/stop them because of the pain. Even just standing to do laundry or the dishes or at my computer for work put a strain on my back. After getting this belt, I was able to be mobile again! I can go on hikes, teach my classes, do household chores, etc without being in tons of pain. Highly recommend. I’m 5’6” and pre-pregnancy was 140 lbs and bought the medium. My only comment is to use it during physical activity because I do sometimes find it constraining (maybe a larger size would’ve helped it be more of a constant thing). But for me it works great to wear during activity and then take it off when I’m relaxing. Definitely get one! Back pain is not worth it!

> 3 dayI am absolutely in love with this support belt! I have had terrible pelvic pain through my entire pregnancy. Getting out of bed or getting in or out of the car would lead to me crying. I wore this pregnancy belt for one day and I saw a huge difference when I went to bed that night. I have worn it every day since and I will continue to until I have my daughter. 110% worth it!!!

> 3 dayReally great product for what it does. But the velcro and the stitching is not durable. After continued use the velcro does adhere very well. And the stitching is coming apart.

> 3 dayI’m a 38 year old FTM and was not prepared for the SPD. At 30+2 I was truly debilitated and the pain level was impacting my mobility. I had seen these but thought they’d be too little for my pain. I ordered this in despair and had no expectations. I am so happy to say this thing is friggen wonderful. I have literally cried and danced for joy at the relief. It’s truly wonderful. I ordered the 2x thinking that would be right, but I probably needed the smaller size. (Pre-pregnancy size 12/14.) I’ve ordered a second in an XL but ladies… please get this BEFORE you struggle for months. I think I can now handle the next two months without losing my mind. Thank you for the great product!

> 3 dayI’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and work full time as a surgical technologist in the operating room. I’ve tried a few different belly bands to help with the back pain I’d experience in my shift and none of them compare to this one. I highly recommend anyone buying this! You won’t be disappointed :)

Greater than one weekI had been having back pain since my second trimester and finally at one of my checkups the doctor recommended this support band. Just trying it out this first week I can already feel a difference. It helps put pressure on my lower back where I was aching and also supporting my growing bump which added to the pain relief. I like that it is very adjustable and you can make it really snug or give yourself a little slack on days you might be bloating more. The band that the image show at the top on of the belly is optional and is more used to keep the belt in place. I really dont feel that it is necessary but love that I can choose to take it off or keep it on. Really wish I had this belt during my first pregnancy but so I glad I have it this time around. Im weighing at 165,height is 54 and I went with a medium wich is perfect.

> 3 dayOk I literally got this delivered less than an hour ago and obviously I had to try it immediately because the heaviness of my belly has been awful since the second trimester. I’m so bad about dragging my feet when it comes to buying things for myself even when it’s for my benefit, but my husband was nagging me to buy one so I finally did and I’m so glad. The relief seemed small when I first put it on but once I had to take it off to go pee the pressure from all that weight hit me again and I realized it was a lot more helpful that I initially thought. My only complaint is that it was kind of complicated for me to figure out to how to put it on.

> 3 dayThis support belt is such a life saver or shall I say back saver. 9 months pregnant and long periods of standing can put a lot of pressure on my back. This belt has the lift and support needed. So easy to use and comfortable. I dont use when I sit only when doing chores around house.

> 3 dayThis brace provided just the right support for me. I had pelvic girdle pain off and on throughout the second and third trimester of pregnancy and this provided some pain relief. Unfortunately after a while (about two months of consistent wear, I work twelve hour shifts in a hospital, so lots of sitting and standing and this cant be worn sitting, so I was taking it on and off frequently), the velcro began to give out and I wasnt able to get it as tight as I needed.
