> 3 dayThis belly band has really helped my pelvic girdle pain. I’m currently 28 weeks with twins and I’ve worn it for about a week now and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement. I’ve rated 4/5 stars because it is missing the top band but I haven’t really had a need for it as it stays out pretty well.

> 3 dayI used this from when I started showing all the way up until I gave birth . With out this brace I walked so slow and after a while I’d have to bend forward from all the weight of my baby , even to stand straight . When I had this on I was able to stand up straight and walk for longer periods of time .

> 3 dayAs soon as I put it on, the back ache went away along with the tension in my belly. I am 27 weeks & should have bought sooner.

> 3 dayThis support band has been a life saver for my last few weeks at work, as well as when we go on longer walks near the end of my pregnancy. I’ve tried others but this one has more support than I ever expected!

> 3 dayI was skeptical about getting a belly band - but I am so thankful that I did. This is my 3rd pregnancy but my first boy. He is very low which makes not only my back hurt, but it made my belly bump hurt as well from the pressure of being pulled down. This band was a lifesaver. Not only does it hold my bump up to relieve the pressure, but it relieves all of my back pain. And it isnt uncomfortable at all. I was worried it would feel weird or uncomfortable but there is no discomfort at all.

> 3 dayI bought something similar 7 years ago for my first pregnancy and I remembered how much it helped with my back pain from being on my feet all day at work. When I found this one the back piece was taller, and the padded piece under my belly was wider! It definitely gave more support! I was hoping to be able to wear it directly on my skin, but my skin is just to sensitive, so I wear it over an undershirt/tank top. The velcro is smooth and not scratchy at all, I just seem to have a problem with the seams. If you go by you measurement the sizing is perfect. Just remember if you buy it in your second trimester, make sure to leave plenty of room to grow.

> 3 dayI have really bad apron belly that can be seen shaking under my clothes. Which I cant stand because it draws attention and I dont even like to see it myself. It cam even be heard flapping against my thighs! Needless to say, I felt really self conscious about it. I took a star because I think this belt should be advertised for use in two different ways. The advertised way works, but is not visibly pleasing to me. I needed something to lift my apron belly without lumps, whether under or over my clothes. I found that turning the belt around and putting the back support on my belly does just that! And Im pleased! Because I was going to send it back. I think there will be some scrunching underneath my belly, so I will have to see how that goes with all day wear. I have pics to try and show how I put it together and what it looks like under clothes this way. The thin belt on the inside can be pulled up or left down as extra support. Hope this helps anyone with my particular issue. Play around with it to see how/if it best serve you.

Greater than one weekI gave it a 4 star rating because it is better than others I have tried. Sadly there are no 100% perfect support bands. I literally hold like I have a basketball under my shirt. I also have a fractured back. I purchased one a few years ago (still going strong), but decided to order a second a little larger to see if it helps. I have both large and XL (measurements say I need L). Both do well to help, only if i I remember to put it on EVERY-TIME I stand. It is not comfortable since I do have to sometimes sit in between for a quick rest, but I have to take it off each time I sit and put it back on when I stand. I get that it would not support the same if it stretched more or allowed for sitting. The ones that allow for sitting do not give optimal support. IT is a bit of a hassle, but It does help me stave off the back pain a lot longer than without it. The first one I bought a few years ago is still in great shape despite being used A LOT during the previous pregnancy. Hence the 4 star rating instead of 3 ( based on comfort and support its more like 3.5 in those areas)

Greater than one weekDidn’t use the top band, kept slipping down and seems pointless
