Always worth the price to me. This is the 2nd one that I have owned.

I expected a lot from this Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Technology has come so far...

I should have read the review. This unit came in generic cardboard packaging, rather than the original packaging. So I got suspicious and checked the reviews here, and there are others who also received them in cardboard packaging. So I checked the warranty. The warranty was activated some 3 months before I bought this. Ive used it for 3 days now, and have already installed and set it up, and so far I have not encountered any issues with it. But THE ADVERTISEMENT SHOULD HAVE SPECIFIED THAT IT IS A REFURBISHED UNIT. Others here have gotten Surface Pro 6 instead of 7. This makes sense if they are selling refurbished units. This is a false advertisement. I thought about returning it (and possibly start a class action lawsuit), but that is so much bother and work... So I am not returning it, but I am not happy.

Bought a Surface Pro 3 Laptop. After 3 months, suddenly screen went dim. I cannot do anything that requires going to the screen because it is too dim to see anything. Im not computer savvy and this makes the laptop totally useless. My rating is zero stars.

Very impressed with this product. I recently took it on vacation with me and it was wonderful to watch tv on and play music. The graphics are great and the sound is superb. I want to get the pen that goes with it but havent had a chance. It is not lightweight nor heavy but rather sturdy. I bought a screen protector for it and it works really well. The touch screen sensitivity is pretty great. I have not had any problems so fR and am enjoying using this for the basic tasks that I use it for. If it lasts I will pass it on to my kids.

It is good, but definitely not worth the price. Would rather get different unit instead at that price point.

I found what looked to be a decent deal for an Amazon Warehouse Used-Acceptable Surface Pro 7.

I’ve had my surface for about 8 months and it wont stay turned on for more than a few minutes at a time. I’ve hardly used it and I’m extremely disappointed that this happened. I would have expected much better quality and life on the device with its price being so high.

So far it has been flawless - did all of the pending updates after receiving it and then installed a number of apps. The i7 and 16GB of RAM show a significant performance upgrade over my 5-year-old, 8GB Dell XPS 13 9350. Network performance is also improved. Works fine attached to a 4K monitor. Price was over $300 lower than through Microsoft and delivery time was three days. All in all, I am extremely happy with this device. I also bought the separate keyboard and pen.

I absolutely love my surface pro 7, but its been a year an a half since Ive bough it and the battery doesnt last more than three hours (on battery saver mode). For me, this is a problem because I move around a lot and it gets very annoying having to carry the charger everywhere I go. Part of the reason I decided to go with the surface was because of its portability and long lasting battery. If it wasnt for this issue id be giving it a five star review because of its amazing performance, but sadly, this is not the case.
