Just bought one for wife. Its a really nice laptop/tablet. No regret.

The store make a mistake and send me instead of a i7 16ram and 521gb

The first one failed after 11 hours use. Failed to enter bios. Would not go past the surface logo on the screen. Amazon was great at helping troubleshoot but the machine did not make it.

Ive had this computer for a while now. At first everything was golden, but now not so much.

False advertising!?! Why are there pictures everywhere of the this device with a keyboard but it does not come with it? I have only opened the box and very disappointed to learn I need to spend more $. There is no mention of this important fact of the product in the Technical Details section either.

Never again.

Great little computer, very powerful.

This is my second Surface Pro. Love the size and weight. Does everything a large laptop does.
