Microsoft Surface Pro 7 – 12.3 Touch-Screen - Intel Core i7 - 10th Gen 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD – Matte Black

I set up the surface pro knowing nothing about it (I’ve only ever previously had an older iPad). I was pleasantly surprised that it’s basically your computer in tablet form!

I found what looked to be a decent deal for an Amazon Warehouse Used-Acceptable Surface Pro 7.

I love my surface pro! I got tired of trying to turn my ipad into a computer. This was a game changer for me. Im in Real Estate and this is definitely a must for me. Saves me so much time and Im 100% mobile. I use my Hotspot from my phone and it works flawlessly. My only complaint is it doesnt come with a keyboard. It does have a touch screen keyboard but it doesnt always work where you want it to type, but you can open the onscreen keyboard and use shortcuts which is also pretty great. I read about the kickstand messing up on people. I dont use mine because I got a cover that has the kickstand and I never take it out of the case. I purchased this in April 2022 and today is Jan 2. So far so good!

I was really excited about this device. It has sleek design, the screen looks great, it works like a charm with the Microsoft keyboard and mouse. Overall, I am a fan of this device, HOWEVER...

BUYER BEWARE. You will not be able to return this product after the window is closed. About two months. We bought this in December 2020, it became defective and wouldn’t turn on in Feb 2021. The best we can do is go through Microsoft and return this defective item to get a refurbished one. Very upset. You’d think spending $1200+ would get you farther than 3 months’ use. Never purchasing hardware from Microsoft again, nor software if I can help it. Garbage.

Ive been playing around with this Surface Pro for a few weeks now. I am very accustomed to the more traditional laptop form factor, but when I got the chance to try out this Surface I decided to give it a shot.

Used two times screen flickered went to boot screen then stayed in a boot loop. Extremely disappointed. Have hundreds of added accessories I can use now.

Received this in two days with my Prime student account. Everything arrived okay, no issues there. I am a sophomore at a university and I needed laptop because I had transferred to this new institution and the commute is around 45 minutes. I bought this solely for productivity purposes such as school work. Here are the pros and cons.
