Microsoft Surface Pro 7 – 12.3 Touch-Screen - Intel Core i7 - 10th Gen 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD – Matte Black

I received a new, sealed, and safely packaged Microsoft SP 7 tablet, just as promised. I set it up on the first day and, so far, no issues at all. I bought a pen for it and the responsiveness is intact. Got a keyboard as well and it works just fine with this tablet.

My big problem with Microsoft Surface computer is that although the computer is very good, the batteries are of very bad quality. The tend to overheat and end up destroying the computer Itself. It has happened on tow Microsoft Surface recently purchased... in both cases the battery failed and destroyed both computers. It has never happened to me in 30 years. It is terrible to have this battery problem on computers from Microsoft that are supposedly high end

False advertising!?! Why are there pictures everywhere of the this device with a keyboard but it does not come with it? I have only opened the box and very disappointed to learn I need to spend more $. There is no mention of this important fact of the product in the Technical Details section either.

I ordered this product for the convenience of getting a cover and keyboard at the same time. You get what you pay for. The cover will work, although a little difficult to get to the on off switch. The keyboard does not work at all. Contacted Amazon customer service and not much help. Buyer beware on this one.

I purchased this new surface after years of great service from my Surface pro 3. It’s snappy, and everything I expect from a lightweight computer and more. Two critiques: the black finish scratches easily. I added a skin to protect it. Second it doesn’t play well with older Surface docking stations or Docks. If you put the computer in sleep mode and the plug it into a dock , the video on a large monitor gives you trouble.

Always worth the price to me. This is the 2nd one that I have owned.

Exactly what I was looking for and expected for this line of computers. The touch screen is the selling point for me -- I travel a lot and need it out in the field so to speak. Some of the software I use is designed for touch screens. At the same time I can plug in a USB mouse and play games like Overwatch at a smooth 60fps.

Very impressed with this product. I recently took it on vacation with me and it was wonderful to watch tv on and play music. The graphics are great and the sound is superb. I want to get the pen that goes with it but havent had a chance. It is not lightweight nor heavy but rather sturdy. I bought a screen protector for it and it works really well. The touch screen sensitivity is pretty great. I have not had any problems so fR and am enjoying using this for the basic tasks that I use it for. If it lasts I will pass it on to my kids.
