Got this laptop to replace my 2 yo hp laptop. Very happy with this choice.

Loving this product

Just over 1 year of having this laptop it now randomly does not charge at all. No damage has been done to my laptop. No water or dropping yet randomly mid-week just doesnt charge or turn on.

If you buy this system I strongly suggest buying the 8/256 instead of the lower priced 8/128 system. I bought the 8/128 as a quick replacement for my old Dell, but its pretty sluggish & also gets pretty hot. There are no heat vents & it gets pretty hot to the touch while the internal cooling system is annoyingly loud & seems to come on very frequently. The 8/128 is a more affordable laptop & it will get the job done but its obviously slower. If you can afford it, definitely buy the upgraded system.

My son got one of these for signing up for college summer classes early, and he liked his so much I bought one for myself. This model has worked perfectly for online schooling for my sons (one college, one middle school) as well as my own work from home and career advancement classes online. I’m still using a desktop when I’m home but this lets me continue my work and son’s schooling when traveling. My boys play less video-intensive games on it as well. I highly recommend this model.

I received this as a gift and was so super happy about it! i loved it - it was perfect! Perfect for working from home because of how small and light the laptop is and the processor was great, we have to use splashtop when we wfh. Im not sure if this was a manufacturers issue but my laptop would not charge anymore after only a month. I checked the charger, pulled it apart, changed power strips + change power outlets. Nothing!
