> 3 dayHave to wait to connect the WiFi for several minutes when computer turns on. Within the first month charging cord had to be replaced. Sometimes turn off and take a hard restart to turn back on. Other products are better

27-10-2024Had the computer for a few months now it wont turn on. Tried every trick there was online and no luck. It took me an hour of repeating the same hard start process over and over till it worked then my little brother showed me how to do disk clean and defrag and hopefully this weekly maintenance will prevent that issue.

> 3 dayDo not purchase from the Microsoft Surface line unless you want to have to replace your laptop annually. Twice (literally within weeks of the expiration of my warranty) my Microsoft Surface entered a boot loop. Microsoft initiates an update, which sends the Surface into a loop upon startup. The logo flashes several times, but the device never turns back on. To remedy this, you have to purchase another device. This has happened to me twice, and I refuse to purchase another Microsoft laptop. Search YouTube for “Microsoft Surface Boot Loop” to see all the videos of people stuck in this same situation.

> 3 dayI got this computer because I was desperate before the pandemic shut us down. Looked good in terms of screen, memory, and all that jazz. After purchase, I got some unpleasant surprises. It has ONE USB port. Even better that its on the left side of the computer. So, if you NEED to use a mouse for editing, or other reasons ... youve got trouble. Im right handed and I have to move the stupid thing around to get the mouse to work. Even worse, I need to save my work on a memory stick often. Cant run a mouse and a memory stick. So you need a hub. WHAT a hassle! Never ever will I buy a Microsoft product again. Anything I buy will need more than ONE USB port. What a joke! Learn from my mistake!

29-10-2024i really, REALLY wanted to like this laptop, but it has been a disappointment in pretty much every aspect. it crashes multiple times a day, even when Im just watching netflix. i have run into issues with the keyboard typing extra letters, the touch screen not responding, and frequent screen freezing. there also is no graphics card and no ability to use and external gpu. forget any rendering capabilities - this thing cant even handle the sims graphics without lagging. coupled with microsofts absolutely awful customer service, I wouldnt waste your time.
