> 3 dayI am so glad that I bought this when I did. I had thought I was getting an orphaned litter of kittens. Then one of my outside ferals was in distress and I was able to grab her and pull her in. This pad help immensely. Its a great size, so if youre using a metal dog kennel, it will sit nicely in the back. It didnt get too warm for her, but this is my only dislike of the product: no manual heat control. However, it goes seem to adjust to the animal. The cord is hella sturdy and with plenty of length. Overall, this was a great purchase.

> 3 dayLike most cats, our cat only likes things when they are her idea. So she would have NOTHING to do with this heated pad for the first month! I was about ready to call it a failure. I think initially it was too hot for her. Since there is no heat control on it, I covered it over with 2 layers of blanket but she still would not use it. I liked that you could constantly leave it plugged in and it will stay on but since she wasnt using it, it was just plugged in all the time for no reason. Then we went away on a 2 week trip and the heat in the house was turned down to 62 the whole time. We left the blanket plugged in. Our family checked in on her multiple times while we were gone and each time, she was on the blanket!! And now since our return home, the heated pad continues to be one of her favorite places so now, I would say that we are very glad we purchased this. It just required a lot of patience for it to be her idea and us going away with the house being cold for an extended time.

> 3 dayI got the larger size due to having two cats, so I wanted enough room for them to share. It is almost too small for both of them to use. Although it doesnt seem big enough for a large dog. It seems to fit more of a medium sized dog more comfortably (comparing it to my 35 lbs dog) Something I also noticed was it didnt seem to heat up a lot but I think that is mostly due to the fact it will get between the body heat and the blanket of the animal. So they seemed to like it and use it every single time it is turned on. Helps with the chilly nights

> 3 dayIt took the Wild kitties 3 days to find the heat pad in the box laying on its side. Then I put a towel over 3/4 of the front of the box. Now the kitties are seen on the pad all day and when I look at night. The tamer one doesnt even come out to be petted now! Good buy as it has been in the low 20s at night.

> 3 dayI purchased this warming pat for my older cat, Teddy. He has a muscle problem in a hip and the vet suggested heat. I read where another purchaser used catnip to entice their cat to use the pad. I tried this right away and I only had to do it once. He sleeps on the pad every day and almost always with the sore hip facing the pad. He has stopped limping and trembling with pain, so I am thinking that the heat is helping. The other day I noticed that my younger cat has started using it too. Since I bought the large size they could share if they had too. It would be tight, but possible. I love it when I can make my fur children happy.
