I stopped using because of the product cost. Other than that I’d still be drinking it, just didn’t have enough value for me.

Easy to use! My husband uses these for long hikes when he’s hunting. My daughter uses these when she runs cross country.

My daughter recommended the Liquid IV when I told her I tested positive for covid last week. She had a very rough time when she had it and swore by the Liquid iV. Im a delivery driver, although I try my best to stay hydrated , some days my sweating out lasts my water and G aid intake. My daughter is quite picky, so I took her recommendation and gave it a try. For the fever and fluid loss days during my covid fun, a 750 ml water bottle with 1 packet did thr trick! I was drinking twice that amount of G aid and water before the Liquid IV arrived. My first day back to work, my normal drenched in sweat day, one 750 ml water bottle and one packet was all I needed to hydrate during the afternoon. Im sure Ill be trying other flavors soon. The strawberry was very nice.

I’m so happy I decided to buy these. I take medications that causes you to be dehydrated. I’ve always been that person who just really hates drinking straight up water because I always like to have flavors in my drinks. I’ve tried propel, Gatorade, other electrolyte waters that didn’t do anything for me. I’ve only been using this for 2 days and I can already tell a huge difference. I feel much more hydrated, I feel myself being able to wake up and feel better as far as hydration and body aches go. I’m a tumbler hoarder and I use a venti Starbucks plastic tumbler. I fill in almost to the rim with ice water and then pour a whole packet into it. I will say, you do have to stir it really well because I made the mistake of just swirling around and sucked up a lot of powder clumps. I mixed it with a butter knife and it worked like a charm. Sometimes I like to add in a very little amount of a sugar free flavoring packet if I want a bit more sweetness but on its own, it’s sweet but not over-powering. *for reference, I bought the strawberry flavor and if I do want that extra little bit of sweetness, I use a strawberry lemonade flavoring (chefs kiss). And to add on to the effectiveness of this, I work in the shipping industry and I spend most of my days in the warehouse. Where I live (South Carolina) it gets VERY HOT and humid especially in not well ventilated buildings. A week ago, I was in the warehouse for 6 hours straight, profusely sweating and hot to the point I got overheated and almost passed out. I was nauseous, had the worst headache, and my hands were shaky. One of my coworkers gave me a packet of the lemon lime flavors of this brand and within 30 minutes, all my issues went away. I was a little hesitant at first to order because i just thought that they were just another form of water flavoring. But, that instance was all the proof I needed that these were worth it and to order them. The lemon lime flavor was really good too. If you’re on the fence about buying these,

I stay dehydrated because I do not drink enough of anything. This product gives me the hydration I need to make it through each day. I use one pack in the morning and it seems to help all day even after my evening workout.

Love this Strawberry flavored hydration powder. Just dilute 1 packet [or 1/2 packet] in 8oz water, taste great. Easy to carry in backpacks even purse

I didnt mind the lemon-lime ones but these were delightful. This brand in particular dissolves very well. I dont always have a bottle to shake up and these dissolve with minimal stirring. Strawberry flavor has very little mineral back flavor. Big hit with our household.

Amazing, taste so good, and keep my hydrated. I would keep in mind when using to dissolve the product in 2 oz of warm water before adding cold water and ice.
