The product came in a timely fashion, and the flavor help my elderly mom drink more fluids to help keep her hydrated. We will order this product again.

This product does help in the prevention of muscle cramps, but it will not totally stop them. However, it has drastically reduce the number of cramps I use to get during a basketball season.

My husband has bladder issues & requires 8-10 glasses of water daily. This product seems to really be helping & gives more impact than water alone. He really likes the Strawberry flavor.

My daughter recommended the Liquid IV when I told her I tested positive for covid last week. She had a very rough time when she had it and swore by the Liquid iV. Im a delivery driver, although I try my best to stay hydrated , some days my sweating out lasts my water and G aid intake. My daughter is quite picky, so I took her recommendation and gave it a try. For the fever and fluid loss days during my covid fun, a 750 ml water bottle with 1 packet did thr trick! I was drinking twice that amount of G aid and water before the Liquid IV arrived. My first day back to work, my normal drenched in sweat day, one 750 ml water bottle and one packet was all I needed to hydrate during the afternoon. Im sure Ill be trying other flavors soon. The strawberry was very nice.

Amazing!!

On average, I walk 6 miles a day at work according to my fitbit. In the summer heat, I add one of these to a 16oz water bottle. I only need 1 a day for my work days. Ive gotten light headed from head exhaustion. One of these, makes me feel a 100% better. I highly recommend. No joke.
