Lasko 3300 Wind Machine Air Circulator Portable High Velocity Floor Fans, for Indoor Home Cooling Breezes and, White Noise in Bedroom

I bought this exact fan in 2018, it runs 24/7 at least 8 months a year (I live in the Deep South) and it still runs perfect. I paid a little under $38 for it then. I purchased another one recently to have one in the living area to help with the power bill this summer. I was moving it between the LR and bedroom before. Price has gone up about $30, but this is a really great fan. My old one is 5 years old and still runs like it’s new so I think it’s worth the price. I do keep the fan clear of the dust build up that occurs which is important if you want any fan to last.

Its a good working fan. Wish it came with a remote thatd be the cherry on top! Good white noiselevel nothing distracting or obnoxious. The know button is a little loose but you just have to push a little while turning the dial. Id buy again.

I have heat intolerance and am unable to sleep at night without a fan on, especially since the central air in our home does not go below 70°F. I have been through dozens of fans, and many different types; from stand up oscillating fans to table fans to box fans and window fans, too. This fan BLOWS!! And I mean that as a compliment. It far exceeds in strength, durability, and convenience than many comparable types and brands, even those 2-3 times its price range. I LOVE this fan! Time will tell how it holds up with 3 destructive children 3 years and up(theyre all good kids but they are kids,lol.) Cons- Could be 3 taller. An elevated bed means you will probably need something to sit in on if you need it to blow directly towards you when you are sleeping. Unless only you require a fan and you are an edge of the bed sleeper. Pros- built DURABLE. Thick plastic housing. A MUST have for parents of small children. Fan blades set deep inside, hard for little fingers to get in the spaces in the cover. Very powerful on high, with great circulation:can cool an entire medium room no problem. Quiet in relativity to its strength; I would prefer it slightly louder for white noise. Easy to carry; lightweight. Indoor/outdoor versatile. I highly recommend this product. This thing is great. Its not too small, its not too big. It can swivel up and down, the settings are perfect strengths, it is easily taken apart and cleaned. Its sturdy without being heavy. And it has a long life-span. The only negative is everyone else realized how awesome it is and its gotten expensive. I paid $20 for it on sale, that price makes it pretty darn great.

After hunting at Wal-Mart, Target, and local stores for this fan of the gods, I turned my search to the internet. Alas my only hopes seemed to be Lowes or Home Depot. On either site the price was amidst double what I would normally pay, but these werent normal circumstances. My trusty wind machine had bit the dust after 3 years of nightly bliss. Its blades purring methodically as the gentle breeze lulls me to sleep. No! I must have a replacement now! Added to my cart, I could feel my sleep slipping away when I read the dates for pick-up. The shipping seemed to be a too far away and a few days without sleep is too much! Finally a voice called out from behind me. Was it the voice of an angel guiding me to those brisk winds of serenity? I heard the voice say, Try Amazon. And indeed I did. I clicked the button and felt my eyes well with tears of joy, I added an extra to my cart just in case. Then guided myself to the proceed to check out where I found one day shipping available! My salvation and breath restored, I now sleep under a blanket of security knowing I have my beautiful dream maker (and an extra in the closet). Heed caution and purchase this fan today before its too late and you find yourself in the same tale of woe as I experienced that horrible night the fan died!

Amazon listed this package to be delivered a week late. It came on time within two days. The fan was already assembled in box. Ive fought dozens of these over the years and theres always some assembly. I think I got a used fan here. It works fine. Its clean. I thought it would be louder though, and I use it for white noise for sleep. Kinda disappointed it isnt very loud.

This is a great fan, and very powerful, especially for folks on a budget. Its a bit on the large side for indoor use in a small apartment, but I dont care because its also very powerful, even on the lowest setting. It is very light and easy to move around in spite of its size. It dropped the temperature in my bedroom by two full degrees without my touching the thermostat, in only a couple of hours. So it is very good for the electric bill. The design is great for people with children or (like me) pets. There is no way to knock this fan over with the way it is shaped and the fan blades are well enclosed away from little fingers and paws. I love that I can tilt it toward the ceiling to maximize airflow in the room, or down toward the floor for drying after a good mop. It does make a bit of noise, but its a soothing white sort of noise, and fine for leaving on all night while I sleep.I quite enjoy it, actually.
