I use the white bedding to line my 3 month old Holland lop’s bedding and it works great! It’s easy to clean and helps control odors. I think it made potty training her easy too!

I used this for my rabbits for a long time but the last 3 bags have had glue in the bedding and the bag i just opened has so much in it i can barely use it. My rabbits arent wanting to lay on it any longer either. So im done with it.

I always get the Kaytee brown version for my Guinea pigs but thought Id try the white. The texture and absorbency is much different. The white being more toilet paper texture and absorbency, while the brown is more paper towel like. If youre looking for super softness go white. If you want absorbency and not having to replace the bedding constantly, go brown. Hope this helps!

I bought this for a hamster im getting soon and i was spreading it out and there was pieces of wrapper. I had to clean it out but once i did that it was fine. Im getting different bedding next time..

I ordered two large bags of these because they were on sale here and Ive had good experience buying the same product from a pet shop. Im a new piggie parent, and Id gone through one small bag of this that I grabbed at a pet shop after I first adopted and was scrambling to get provisions. Maybe it was a bad batch or maybe its how a lot of people talk about inferior products through this website. But Im not gonna bother with this brand again. The dust was insane. As soon as I grabbed the first handful out of the bag, I could see tons of fine dust in the air, even in poor lighting. Ive gone back to oxbow paper bedding through this website, an its been ok so far. Side note.. our household got an itchy bug infestation coinciding with the day I got this overnight delivered and used. Ive heard some bedding has mites but still find it hard to believe. However, weve had some kind of itchy infestation. Our pets dont seem bothered, just us humans.

I love to mix beddings and this one is a favorite! It holds burrows well and the color makes it easy to spot messes! I mix it with colored bedding for my boy and girl and it looks so cute! Sometimes it can be a bit dusty so I try to shake the dust out before adding it in.

The bedding is all stuck together and you have to break it up by hand. When it comes to cleaning, the bedding essentially becomes a single “sheet” and you either have to break it up again or try to pull it out in (maybe) a single piece. Either way, the feces does not to stay in the bedding, so you have to clean that out separately. I figure if the bedding is going to stick together, it should at least trap the poop, too.
