> 24 hourIve had my little girl now for bout over 6 months a bunny and sges well pody trained. I bought all kinds off bedding for the litter box and this one definitely the best and now ive found the right product. Way cleaner. Dosnt stick to her fuzzy bum bum and it dosnt easily go into the clean parts so i just put on a glove and take out what must and Thats it. And one handful of it seems like not alot til you spread it around and its crazy how much of that thete actually is in one handful.

> 24 hourThis bedding is not dusty at all, great for nesting, super absorbent, easy to clean, and fluffs up very nicely. I have 6 rats (2 cages, one with 3 boys & 1 with 3 girls) and all 6 have tons of fun tunneling & nesting in it! Won’t ever switch to a different bedding for my little beans!

> 24 hourIts cheap and very absorbent. No more pee stuck to the bottom of The hamster cage. It does end up stuck in my long haired sirians hair and thus ends up all over the carpet when my son takes Hammy out to play. I keep a hand held vacuume by the cage now to clean up the hamster confetti. The cage doesnt stink. The texture is soft and the hamster seems quite content sleeping in the little nests he makes with this. We replace all of the bedding once a week. The paper is better for our little friend than wood shavings and seems to do a superior job of keeping down on the hamster stink so Ill be buying it again.

> 24 hourI love how I can place litter down in the cage as a secondary bedding. It works amazing underneath wood shavings.

> 24 hourThis was advertised as white and soft bedding but instead was brown and papery. It isn’t terrible bedding butI won’t buy again, I don’t like the feel and I don’t think hamster can burrow correctly in it.

> 24 hourI love this bedding for my hamsters because it does not smell and has a good absorbency. I dont like the idea of scented bedding so thats why I like this one. However the last time I ordered this they sent me the lavender scented one which I did not order and while I dont hate it I would prefer the usual one. But either is not bad. 10/10 would recommend

> 24 hourI ordered two large bags of these because they were on sale here and Ive had good experience buying the same product from a pet shop. Im a new piggie parent, and Id gone through one small bag of this that I grabbed at a pet shop after I first adopted and was scrambling to get provisions. Maybe it was a bad batch or maybe its how a lot of people talk about inferior products through this website. But Im not gonna bother with this brand again. The dust was insane. As soon as I grabbed the first handful out of the bag, I could see tons of fine dust in the air, even in poor lighting. Ive gone back to oxbow paper bedding through this website, an its been ok so far. Side note.. our household got an itchy bug infestation coinciding with the day I got this overnight delivered and used. Ive heard some bedding has mites but still find it hard to believe. However, weve had some kind of itchy infestation. Our pets dont seem bothered, just us humans.

> 24 hourAlthough this bedding is absorbent and helps with reducing smells, it is VERY dusty - my guinea pigs are covered in the white particles from this stuff. It can get into their respiratory tracks and food, and they sneezed a lot when I first put it in. Also, because it is white, it turns yellow in the spots they pee in and every poop is highly visible which is quite unsightly.

> 24 hourHere is a comparison of 5 types of bedding options Ive tried for my guinea pig. 1) EZWhelp puppy pads - Trying to save money with this reusable option, but unfortunately the guinea pigs fur started turning yellow because it needs more stuff to brush up against his legs and absorb pee off them. The pads were very wet to the touch and leaking a little because the guinea pig peed so much. I suppose I could have put in some towels on top to add absorption, but by this time I was tired of having to clean hay from my washer and pet hair from my clothes. The guinea pig also would step on his poop and get it on his paws, so I had to be vigilant about removing the poop. I give these a 2 for messiness and not keeping my pet clean. 2) Aspen shavings - Cheapest bedding. Nice woody smell. Not very good absorption - I can see wetness on the bottom of the cage when I scoop it. Depending on the brand, you may need to watch out for sharp pieces of wood. I give these a 3.5 for lack of absorption but good odor control and price. 3) CritterCare - The little pieces feels hard like cardboard. They also get compacted easily and poop stays on top, which means the guinea pig steps on poop and frequently gets it stuck in his paws. Odor control isnt the greatests. However, it absorbs pretty well. And wetness shows up clearly allowing me to spot clean easily. I give these a 3 for absorption but poop on paws. 4) Carefresh - It is similar to CritterCare in wetness absorption and odor control. However, pieces seem softer, and it doesnt get as compacted than CritterCare although occasionally, poop still gets stuck on his paws. I dont like the blue bedding because it dyes his privates blue (not healthy). The white makes it hard to see and remove wet spots. Odor control is disappointing. I give these a 3.5 for absorption and texture but lack of odor control. 5) Kaytee - This is basically shredded tissue paper. At first, I was so excited because it looked and felt like soft, fluffy snow. It did keep the guinea pigs fur and paws cleaner. Unfortunately, this stuff gets very messy on your carpet when its on its way to or away from the cage. The pieces are so thin and small and tend to fall all over the place. It also tends to clump together, making it difficult to separate the soiled spots from clean bedding. The white color makes it hard to see wet spots. Moreover, odor control and absorption are both disappointing. I can see liquid on the bottom of the cage under wet bedding. I give it a 2 for messiness and lack of absorption. After all these tries, I decided to go back to Aspen because my husband is always complaining about odor. Im planning to mix it with some Carefresh, as some people do, to improve absorption.
