Joshs Frogs Vermiculite (10 Quarts)

bought this for my cricket pens. It has really helped keep the smell down.

Like the low price, large bag, and great at starting seeds. Works better than the high-priced seed starting varieties. Will buy again for future seed starting.

My skinks played a few eggs and I was advised to keep it buried in the enclosure. I noticed them collapsing so I increased the humidity, added more live plants and covered part of the screen with aluminum tape. I thought it would work great, and it did for a few weeks until mold took two of the three eggs. I bought this and an egg box and separated them and now my last egg looks wonderful! Plump and no mold at all! This is a pretty big bag, and its easy to tell if it is wet or not.

First succesful hatch, have another clutch cooking now. Works great so far.

Should be labeled super fine it’s almost powder like which is not what I was looking for. Also it is labeled as 10qts but I measured it out to 8qts. Not worth the price at all.
