I bought my speaker less than a year ago from this same seller and it started malfunctioning after 4 months of usage, eversince then Ive been trying to contact JBL to repair it but I havent gotten any responses, the speaker sounds great but the battery is wack! It keeps on turning off after 15 minutes of playback even at full battery, the only way to enjoy music was having it plugged in to the power every time. Lately it just doesnt turn on anymore!

I love this speaker, It replaced my smaller JBL ive had for years. This will fill a room with amazing sound on any type of music. We take it to baseball practice and it can be heard in left field clear as can be. The battery lasts several hours at high volume and it charges up in good time. I only wish I had another so I can put them in tandem Ive heard it sounds even better.

It is an amazing product at an amazing price, refurbished is great actually as you know any potential problem has been sorted. If I had the room in my suitcase I would buy another one because the more you have the more you can link together and have a real party. We had a picnic last weekend and we all took turns linking our phones to the Xtreme, no DJ required as everyone had a chance to play their selection from 50s Rock n Roll to Zimbabwe Jah Prayzah and everything in between. All was loud enough but too loud to offend the neighbors. Great company supplying and a great product!
