I’m not sure if I got a defective unit, but there was absolutely zero bass. That being said the highs were crisp. It was also late to arrive and they took forever to even acknowledge that I returned the speaker. I’m unsatisfied with the customer service.

DO NOT BUY. After charging for hours, battery dies after just minutes of playing music. They claim these are tested but theyre selling speakers with defective batteries....

Definitely impressed with the sound quality, loud and clear.

Product seems to be working correctly. But, the usb charging cable is too small to fit the +/- socket on the body of the speaker and I cannot use it to charge it.

Sounded great when it worked. Had to return both bc they were refurbished. First one, the battery wouldnt charge all the way. The replacement sent had faulty tweeters. Went with the Xtreme 2 and was pleased. It was also refurbished. So far, so good.
